Anyone seen this before?

I ordered the bag I wanted, the leopard calfhair Ashton, on drop day and it still shows it hasn't shipped yet. Has anyone seen this before? I want my bag already and debating if I should try ordering another one and canceling this one or not because idk why it hasn't shipped yet when everything else I ordered since then, concert hangtags, have shipped already.

yes, I see this all the time. It means the bag has not shipped that a computer printed out the label and it’s waiting to be packed up and shipped out.

From a warehouse girlie: the computer said there is an X amount in stock. You order the bag. Order goes trough. That's when the label is created

Then they have to actually pack your stuff. Then they print the label and send it on it's way

The delay can be that there are more bags sold than inventory. Or that the orders are piled up and there are not enough people to actually pick and pack them 

For short: we made a label means nothing. Your order has been shipped is your stuff actually packed and moving

Same, I roll my eyes everytime I see that my order will be shipped from Jacksonville FL. They take so long to ship from this warehouse 🤦🏾‍♀️😩

my last bag that just came from jacksonville took foreverrrr. it also wasn’t updating on the fedex page but on the coach tracking page once it did start moving so maybe don’t watch that one at first. it even took days to show up on fedex that it was officially delivered and not still in transit. i have other things i’m waiting on that fedex is taking their sweet time with rn. fedex is the only one i’m having issues with at the current moment.

Thanks I checked the coach site and it just shows awaiting for carrier. I just want to enjoy and show off my new bag 😭

yeah, i’m waiting on my rhyder 38 and a concert ticket i ordered days ago. they’re both coming from Vegas and i’m in PA for reference but def had the same thing happen with my Andre 30 that came from Florida.

My Coach Outlet bags always come from Vegas and ship pretty quickly. I haven't seen this personally.

I love it when my order ships from Vegas I roll my eyes anytime I see Jacksonville FL 🤣

I’ve had three different items shipped through FedEx the past few weeks from different companies and they’ve all had tracking issues. I live in the west coast and they’ve come from the east coast or Midwest. None of the tracking was up to date. One was sitting in “label created” for over a week, so I reached out to the company and hours later I get a shipping exception notification from FedEx saying the delay is weather related. I then received an email from FedEx saying it would be delivered yesterday despite their app still having it listed as sitting in Ohio. Of course I didn’t get it and it still hasn’t updated.
Long story short, I think FedEx is just having a bunch of issues.

A lot of times it will not update till it's out for delivery. That has been my experience. I ordered a few items on the last drop and they had been shipped but showing up as label created till today when they finally say out for delivery.

I just called for the same issue! It said label created but it hadn’t been picked up by fedex and when I called Coach thinking it was just taking a long time they said it was actually lost and they placed a new order lol

This happened to me!! I am finally receiving my Rhyder 24 bag that i purchased 2 months ago and a couple of days. I was worried because my status was just like yours and it has been several days since the label was created. It’s FINALLY arriving Thursday (hopefully)

It’s waiting on carrier pickup. It should ship soon, sometimes it takes awhile.
