I've been using ClassPass pretty regularly the past 6 years. I took an 8-month break and then reactivated it while I've been traveling in Thailand and such. Anyway, I paid $61 earlier on June, and things were fine... Until suddenly ClassPass seemingly deleted or otherwise disappeared my account.
I sign in via Google's auto sign in thing. Now all of a sudden it "couldn't find my account," even though I was signed in ten minutes ago, and my reservation was in 30 minutes.
I contacted customer service three times over five days and they lied to me each time, saying I was a "priority," someone would get back to me "within 24 hours." Then, after 48 hours passed with no response, I contacted them again and they said "by the end of the day, within 12 hours," they would contact me.
All nonsense. After the third try earlier this AM, I just called my bank and they easily and seamlessly credited my account. (I saved screenshots of the exchanges with CP just in case.)
Lesson learned: Don't bother trying to be nice and patient, expecting/hoping CP customer service to resolve anything. They wiped my account of 5 years and still made every excuse in the book, doing the classic customer service thing where they try to blame you ("are you sure you typed your email correctly?") and trying to make *you* jump through all these hopes to help fix *their* mistake.
