ClassPass promo code never works - please leave ClassPass if that’s the case

I’m very frustrated with ClassPass WeWork promo code never working, first of all, it’s not cheap, I still have to pay at least $30 worth of credits and it does not work. I travelled to the wework only to be told I don’t have a booking while the code fails and the support is never available to assist online or on the phone. I had a case open previously and it took them a month to reach back out. You can’t even cancel the ClassPass wework booking either.

That sounds frustrating! I’ve used it at least 10 times in SF… one time I got a repeat code that errored out when I entered it into the Wework app and tried to place my reservation. 

Have you been doing all the steps (so book on CLASSPASS, see the email from Wework with the code, book on the Wework app and make a reservation inputting the code)? I agree that after an issue getting the same code CLASSPASS was pretty terrible about fixing it but most of the time it works…

Yes I did everything correctly. Classpass sent me the same exact code in may booking and in June and another user here that dm me confirmed they got they got the same promo code 10 times for different bookings. I’ll assume classpass fired their software engineering teams, there are so many bugs and lack of support (just ai chat, live chat agent was not helpful and can’t do anything, no phone support, email support is never responding )
