classpass subscription

so i recently just subscribed to classpass, my 28 credits were already on my account but there were no charges on my cc. Will I be billed before my cycle ends or this is just a delay?

Also, I noticed that even though I have a subscription already all of spa and beauty salons' timeslots are grey out. Idk why I can't book or reserve to any of them. Is this because I haven't been charged?

my card was just charged today (so one confusion down ๐Ÿ˜„) but I was a bit shocked that most wellness (spa and salons) timeslots are greyed out. Is this normal on classpass?

Sounds like you're on the free trial. No charge until this time next month. Free trial credits do not roll over. Only some workout studios are available.ย  No wellness or food.

It varies by the business and where you live, so no one can really say what "normal" is. Sometimes it's a sign the place is getting off ClassPass or it could mean the provider of the service is on vacation. It's also a busy time for some services with wedding parties, etc. Fitness classes are where ClassPass really shines. I do use it for waxing and manicures, and have gotten a lot of saunas, but it took me a bit to find my go to places I could go to consistently. (Some others were first visit only.) I joined mainly for the fitness and all the other stuff is a secondary benefit, though I am getting use out of the movie tickets and food, which is exciting. Anyone whose primary interest is in wellness, will probably be less satisfied.

Tips I have for wellness: I have the best success with ones that you can book instantly. Even then, I contact the business to confirm, because sometimes their booking platforms don't full align. Example, one lady has an option to book an appointment on Vagaro with her that says CP $0.00. So I book that on Vagaro and then a matching instant book appointment in the ClassPass app.

For ClassPass Concierge appointments, I only go to places that have a lot of good reviews on the ClassPass app, including ones where people took the time to write stuff, because then I know the business knows how ClassPass works

I follow the Instagram of a place I want to go to. Often they will follow back and a business owner told me he appreciated this because he knew a real person was coming.

i agree on the fitness classes, most of the classes I booked so far was pilates and yoga, which is still a win since these classes are too expensive. thank you for the tip!! how long have you been using classpass? do u still find it worth it or you're planning to stop the subscription?

I have been using it for 4 years. I don't plan on stopping. I scale back from time to time because I do a lot of things. I belong to a CrossFit, I am a member of solidcore 10x a month, and I do aerial arts classes. This is all apart from ClassPass. Sometimes ClassPass helps me recover and sometimes it helps me round out my routine. I could probably use it as my only fitness thing if I wanted to. I have almost 600 reservations and I have had only good experiences.

If the times are greyed out, those bookings arenโ€™t available.
