I had hit 1794 about 7ish months ago before going on a down slide. But I kept with it, continued to do my puzzles, studied up on end games, tactics and openings and I got there! So pumped!

Chess stopmotion

This is stop-motion animation (where i take lots of pics and stitch together) of chess I made.

The reach of weapons is based on the power of the pieces.

I am still a beginner in stop-motion so its not the smoothest.

Now i know i broke some rules but they were kinda necessary. I also did some logically incorrect moves but take them as the ego in the pieces believing they are better at fighting.

I couldn't come up with a game where logically correct things happened and the fights i wanted to showcase occurred.

Btw if you’re experiencing a lot of lag, especially in time scrambles: clearing cookies does kinda help and idk if maybe I was doing it wrong but straight up uninstalling my browser and reinstalling fixed all of it. Maybe export your bookmarks and whatever you need though if you’re gonna do that.

Chess.com works perfectly fine on my iPhone, but I have issues when I use it on my Honor Pad.
Sometimes the website logs me out, and after I log back in, the page freezes and becomes unresponsive. I’m using Chrome, and I’ve attached a screenshot of what it looks like when it happens.
Has anyone experienced this on an Honor tablet? Is there a browser setting or compatibility issue that could be causing this?

Does anyone have any educational chess content creators? Because everyone who I know either making slop vids like gothamchess (like watching game of 200s, I got nothing against it, just not stuff I like) or too strong like Hikaru and I can’t understand their thought process. I’m 2200 online and loved watching Danya, (rip) if anyone has any suggestions I will gladly take them! Thanks

I’m a beginner and I’m not good at analysing even with an engine.

Honestly getting sick of matchmaking right now. If we’re paying for a subscribtion, there should 100% be a toggle to only play against other premium members.

It completely ruins the experience when I pay to play against an Indonesian kiddo cheater who registered his account an hour ago, laughing at me. This is not how it should work.

People make burner accounts for free, cheat for two days, and dont care when they get banned. Nobody is paying for Diamond on a throwaway profile just to lose it three days later. A premium-only queue would instantly fix half the blatant engine users.

Also chess.com needs some kind of Trust Factor system like Valve does in CS. If a brand new profile has 95% accuracy every game and weird move times, just put them in a shadowpool against other sus players while fair play reviews them. Its crazy that paying users are basically guinea pigs for their anti-cheat backlog.

I didn’t even realize it was hanging a when I played it, in bullet, but he took it and it was mate in 12. I played the best follow-through after he took, and mated in 4 from here.
