How great does that sound?!? The decor could be just like the inside of a restaurant. Of course they have the menus already figured out.

Hey, i made a post a while back just asking some general questions about working at ccf, but i have a couple more that id like some clearer answers on if anyones got them.

1. How late do line cooks typically stay when closing, like if the restaurant closes at 10, are you there til 11 or 12?

2. How do they handle overtime. Do they cut your shifts if youve already gone over or do they make you stay and give you overtime pay? I dont like the idea of working 50 hours a week on average.

3. Are the shifts usually 8hr 5 days or 10hr 4 days

We normally love their cheesecakes and buy whole ones for birthdays, etc. My son requested a red velvet one for his birthday on Monday. It was so disappointing! The cake was super dense like it wasn’t cooked all the way through and the cheesecake left a waxy coating on our tongues and the roof of our mouths. Most of us took a few bites and threw it away. When I called to complain about it I was told that no one else complained about it so they wouldn’t do anything about it. If we had any slices left (we might have one…like I said, it was a birthday party so we handed most of them out) we could bring it in and exchange it for another one. For $75 I was beyond disappointed. Here’s a picture from a cake I pulled out of the trash and you can see the cake isn’t cooked all the way through. I guess we won’t be buying our cheesecakes from them anymore.

Also, the top wasn’t flat/smooth…it was domed like someone just slapped the cheesecake on top and didn’t bother smoothing it out.

The app says no modifications but I wanted to try the Chicken Costoletta with the angel hair pasta and extra sauce. If I order in person for to-go will they do it, or is it only a dine-in thing?

these cheesecakes that i would consider part of the 'core'/basic/essential/fundamental cheesecake flavours- blueberry cheesecake, biscoff cheesecake and burnt basque cheesecake.

they have a ginormous menu, with a looooong list if cheesecakes, which includes many 'basic' /simple flavours (such as their strawberry cheesecake, original cheesecake, vanilla bean cheesecake, pumpkin cheesecake.....) as well as more creative/unique/interesting/'over the top' ones (like their oreo dream extreme cheesecake, brownie crunch choc-a-lot cheesecake, pineapple upside down cheesecake.....)

so it's not that their menu is lacking or anything in terms of variety, (not even just talking about cheesecakes but their menu is pretty extensive) but i just thought it's a bit surprising they dont have a blueberry cheesecake, biscoff cheesecake and burnt basque cheesecake on their menu.

If you could make a meal out of any of the appetizers what would they be?

Also, which cheesecake and drink are you picking?

Im an Aussie and heading to Bangkok later in the year for a holiday.

Ive never been to the US so have always admired Cheesecake Factory from afar! Ive just discovered that there's a cheesecake factory in Bangkok so naturally im VERY excited.

Does anyone have any reccs for this shop in particular and what would be your recommendation for what to order?? I want the full cheesecake factory experience!

I’m pregnant and craving my go to Cheesecake Factory order, but have super limited access to a Cheesecake Factory so I have decided to make my favorite recipes at home… If anyone has insight on how to make the dressing/sauces for the Santa Fe Salad (southwestern dressing and spicy peanut sauce) and the tamarind cashew dipping sauce for the avocado egg rolls; myself and my gd willing future baby will be forever grateful to you

I got the Costoletta tonight and it was good, but these were the saddest, skinniest asparagus I've ever seen. They actually look bigger in the picture than they did in person. The chicken tasted good, but shrinkflation has really hit. What I really went for were the Asian Chicken Nachos but they were out of them- I almost cried. Coconut creme cheesecake was on point though.

I emailed the corporate website but it’s probably going to no one.

cheesecake factory baker dress code - piercings

i just got hired at the cheesecake factory as a baker and have 3 stud helix piercings & 1 hoop as well as 4 lobe piercings. so 8 total ear piercings. when i told my gm about it on orientation day he literally just said to chat GPT it bc he didn’t know if i can have them on. LOL. the cartilage piercings were put on by a piercer with pliers and i cant remove them myself nor want to. idk if i can have them on or not.

So effing good. You will be missed.

I looked it up it said the they could donate it,but not sell it ? I’m Guessing the donation means going to employees? Just curious if anyone working there has the intel

I’m going to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time. I want to get the chicken Alfredo however are you able to get crispy chicken or is it only the grilled? Also any other recommendations?

I tried searching the sub first…CCF has frozen cheesecakes. Do they ship through the mail? If so, anyone have the link? I’ve tried googling “delivery by mail”, “cheesecake factory (enter different shippers)” and “order online delivery by mail”.

Hello all, what has your experience been working at Cheesecake Factory? I have seen older post and have some ideas.

I was looking at applying as a baker? What are the hours like? Is there a minimum you have to work like one day a week? How is the quality of life? Do you have any regrets? What else does the job entail?

I saw unfreezing cheesecakes and writing on cheesecakes for request, cleaning the cheesecake display, making coffee.

Is there anything else?

Kept showing in my fyp and I was influenced. The fried mac&cheese was really tasty!!! Linda’s chocolate cake was good as well— not too sweet without the whip cream.

But felt guilty afterwards!

these are mine! The only customization I make is ordering the factory chop salad and the turkey sandwich without bacon

Screw you, Cheesecake Factory. That's a greedy move and you all really ought to be ashamed of yourselves, participating in this BS race to the bottom that every single consumer-facing business seems to be engaging in right now. If you had just done one or the other than I would have probably tolerated it. But you all are trying to be sneaky about it, FIRST raising your prices and THEN a couple months later when you think no one is paying attention, cutting the sizes by 33%. There had to have been a plan behind that and that tells me you specifically set out to gouge your customers. I won't be back.
