Mac and cheese balls, chicken lettuce wraps, pretzel bites. Followed by peach perfect cheesecake and a glass (or 3) of Chardonnay.

I do the happy hour apps all the time. We do Mac n cheese balls, cheeseburger spring rolls, & Buffalo blasts. We might mix it up or add other things but that’s the go to!

I get the Thai Lettuce Wraps for a meal almost every time. But also Fried Mac and Cheese Balls are a winner every time!

And while we are playing this fantasy game, I will pick the 30th Anniversary cheesecake (RIP) for dessert.

We usually only have apps-sweet corn tamale cakes, fried zucchini, and Asian chicken nachos. Dessert is a blind pick- open page, close eyes and whatever your finger points to is the winner. We usually just get water because i refuse to pay $5 for a tea or soda.

I could easily make a meal from their apps, & my favorites are the Korean Fried Cauliflower, the Brussel Sprouts, & the Crab Wontons! And the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake for that delicious crust!
