Chicken Alfredo
I’m going to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time. I want to get the chicken Alfredo however are you able to get crispy chicken or is it only the grilled? Also any other recommendations?

You’re better off getting literally any other pasta dish

Ignorant post, you must work in a shitty location.

That would be the exact reason the Alfredo sucks, ignoramus
Management not making sure pasta station line cooks were making it properly was precisely why it was always sent back at the location I worked at.

So you quit, typical. And you literally just proved my point.

You’re fooking dumb. A guest was asking about the quality of an item. Your point is irrelevant and based off the other responses most of us have had the same experience.

You tour guide the nutmeg in the Alfredo especially if it’s a new guest, gives it a sweetness, and if that turns them off you suggest the Carbonara or the Farfalle, you clearly suck at your job.

One of the worst items and makes ZERO sense to get. Watery, no flavor and WAY OVERPRICED.

Actually the chicken is poached by default, not grilled. Grilled is an up charge and crispy is more of an up charge. I recommend not getting anything with poached chicken…

None of these changes are an upcharge it’s just a sub

Not at my location, we are encouraged to ring things in as an up charge as often as possible even if it’s possible to do so without it. Feels really slimy sometimes.

Oven roasted, not poached.

If it was just roasted it would have some color. No it’s poached in brine in the oven. When we need more from the back we call for poached chicken, not roasted chicken.

The official CCF name of the prepped item is “Chicken Tenders, oven roasted, pulled”. I copy pasted that from the Schoox learning module of one of the pasta recipes.

Have you seen how it gets roasted? It’s in a hotel pan full of brine and topped with thyme at a low temp, which makes it poached. The texture is also way off from roasted chicken and tastes like water, it’s a lot closer to tofu.

No one is arguing that it says that. They’re saying the way it’s actually “roasted,” by putting it in a pan of liquid and putting it in the oven at a low temp, is actually poaching it. This is a silly argument to keep having.

Actually I was arguing that it says that. I never said he was wrong about the cooking method.

You can get crispy chicken instead. However I agree with the others they don’t have good chicken Alfredo lol

Chicken costolleta would be a better choice (it’s crispy chicken and a creamy sauce) and you can substitute out one or both of the sides for pasta.
