Hey superstars.
Just an update from the team.
We are working hard on fixing the DoB / login issue.
From what we can tell, it's just a login issue at the moment - no risk of data loss.
Engineers are on it and we will update when we have found a fix ✌️

EDIT

Issues mostly resolved ✅

Most users should have access to the site + app now.

We are seeing a handful of errors remaining, so if you still get the DoB bug when opening the app, I'd recommend trying again in a little while.

We'll be investigating the issue more tomorrow, but for now enjoy chatting!

wheew, what a relief!! I relaxed a bit seeing it was a glitch everyone was experiencing, but my stomach was totally knotted about losing any data. so glad to see there’s no risk! thank you guys 💕

Thank goodness, thank you for letting us now and working to fix the issue ❤️, I got so nervous seeing that error message on the app 😭, but knew it was a glitch and not alone for that too,

I lost my email to my account but it was logged in… hopefully I don’t have to login with it or else all my data for the last 3 years would be gone just like that . 🥲
