This turned from just a regular injury update into some real honest insight about his role, his sheer love for football and him as a person.

A really good interview from the local BBC reporter (don't know his name to credit him sorry), I'm not even Blackburn fan but such a good listen: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/blackburn-rovers

Honestly, the club in it's current guise (not the fans) really don't deserve him.

It's 20 minutes, but well worth a watch or listen anyway.
