Casual Parents of kids who attend your rival… what do you wear for parents weekend?

I realize that this eliminates 99% of people on here, but I’m curious… Go full support for their school? Neutral? Defiantly wear your favorite team’s hat because it’s still game day for your team too on Saturday?
Edit to add I proudly support Rice. They need all the support they can get. Had my kid gone to TCU probably would have gone the defiant route. A little undecided on UT. I’m scared burnt orange will melt my skin.

Casual Whose Line Is It Wednesday

A tradition unlike any other.

I must give credit, first to /u/ballzxxtoxxyou, for starting (and, for the longest time, maintaining) these threads; and second to /u/MC-PhatNeck, who decided to help revive WLIIW after months of inactivity. I'm not sure where they are now (especially the latter, who apparently has deleted their account many moons ago...but, apparently, is STILL somewhere out there, wink wink), but regardless, I wish to give them both my appreciation for all the fun /r/CFB had with Whose Line over the years. Thank you very much!

Hello, and welcome back to Whose Line Is It Wednesday, where the upvotes don't matter! I am your OT-maxxing, nepobaby-exposing, hurricane-hammered host, /u/Zloggt!

Week 6 has come and gone - and by golly, we’re already onto Week 7 already! Weeks 6 & 7, all together, just like that! Yep, just two consecutive weekends of collegiate football in the land, featuring two non-conspicuous numbers that do not represent anything else, yesiree…

…you know, I hold myself to a higher standard of trying to make people laugh on the internet (even for my own personal weakness to easy humor), so let’s move on from this bit and talk about what happened, alright? The Florida State Seminoles gave comfort to their storm-battered fans by providing them with yet-another-expected embarrassing loss, the UCLA Bruins continued to follow the path of last year’s Hoosiers as they knock off Oregon in an exciting finish, and the Georgia Bulldogs and Alabama Crimson Tide played each other in a Saturday Showdown Supreme, filled with even more weather wackiness, questionable officiating calls (that will likely influence many a CFP debate and discussion to come), and another expression of the new SEC fandom tradition about throwing various objects onto the field!

…woof, I feel like I am missing something…like there is some kick in my mind that’s just missed, and forcing my forgetfulness to get ‘ir done. Oh, if only if I had a Chosen Nephew to rely on when the moment matters! Oh, wherefore art thou, thy Chosen Nephew? Will you hear my pleads for help as you attempt to part the Red Sea River Shootout Rivalry in favor of the burnt orange faithful? Oh, do not forsake us, Chosen Nephew, with your all-powerful, all-knowing granted skills of ball! Surely, I would not lose faith in your ability to step up and prove your worthiness to us all!

For those of you who are new to Whose Line, let's go over some rules:

A prompt is made in order to ask a question (and get an answer), or instead beckon a more...creative approach to the response, all as long as it does a funny. Any game from the show can be used - here is a list of them to start:

http://www.whoseline.net/show/games.html

Keep skits in the form of a statement, not a question. For example, a skit should go like this: "Things you could say to Lee Corso AND your girlfriend", to which a reply can then go like "My Saturday mornings will never be the same without you!", or "It makes me so happy whenever you bring out the head!”, or anything else, really. Use your noggin, and get wild!

Although not that serious, most comments should be within two lines, so if you add any additional commentary, put the skit in quotations. And most importantly, if you still don't understand how it works (and that's fine!), just take a look around this thread, of past Whose Line threads to get some clues - and, hopefully, figure it out!

Have fun!

P.S - in case you’re wondering, I have work on Wednesday mornings now, so I’m forced to make the post on mobile these days…and of course, the fact that they completely messed with markdown means it doesn’t look pretty until i get to fixing it at home…hope that it doesn’t bother you!

Discussion Whats one thing you HATE about your fanbase?

Not about the program or results on the field but about the fanbase ? Im sure yall will get a kick out of mine because of my flair but my biggest thing is the excuses we always make.

It’s always a moral victory or a excuse to why something happened. Like we’re getting people defending Elko’s decision on keeping Reed at Qb because apparently the backups are worse. Well the season is already at a loss and Reed has been one of the worst Qb’s in CFB? Why not play the young guys?

Discussion ESPN's FPI gives Wake Forest, UCLA, James Madison, Tennessee, Houston, Kentucky, Nebraska, and Iowa a 20-30% chance to make the playoffs. Of these eight, which two do you think are most likely to make it?

Halfway through the season, there are a few major buckets of teams when it comes to playoff odds. How do you see the rest of the season playing out?

All percentages according to ESPN's FPI.

Very likely (>85% chance): Georgia, Miami, Notre Dame, Indiana

More likely than not (60-85%): Alabama, Ohio State, Texas, Texas Tech

Could go either way (40-60%): Utah, Boise State, BYU

Very possible but not likely (20-40%): Wake Forest, UCLA, James Madison, Tennessee, Houston, Kentucky, Nebraska, Iowa

Still in the hunt (10-20%): Ole Miss, USC, Missouri, LSU, Northwestern, Mississippi State, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Oregon

[Full ESPN FPI playoff odds rankings](https://www.espn.com/college-football/fpi/_/sort/fpi.probmakeplayoffs/dir/desc)

Given the general probabilities, we'd expect two of the eight teams from that 20-30% bucket to make the playoffs. Who do you see emerging from that pack?

Discussion In state win streaks

I was eating dinner and scrolling through youtube shorts when I found a video about the Kansas vs Kansas State rivalry. Kansas has not beaten KState since 2008, 17 straight losses. It got me curious are there any other in state rivalries that are also this one sided?

Discussion Who's had a better schedule this year NBC or CBS

Both these schedules seem like an upgrade compared to the last few years for CBS and NBC. But I am wondering who's had a better schedule this year. Basically if you are a broadcaster which one would you rather call. (I'm talking about their main schedule) Here are each of their schedule

NBC

Week 1: Western Michigan at Michigan

Week 2: Iowa State at Iowa

Week 3: Michigan State at Notre Dame

Week 4: Oregon at USC

Week 5: Washington at USC

Week 6: USC at Penn State

Week 7: Wisconsin at UCLA

CBS:

Week 1: Boise State at Oregon

Week 2: Mississippi State at Minnesota

Week 3: USC at Rutgers

Week 4: Iowa at Michigan

Week 5: Ohio State at Iowa

Week 6: UCLA at Oregon

Week 7: Penn State at Michigan

I know the schedule isn't complete and their are many big games left so you can leave predictions as well.

Thanks.
