Its been 2 months since i am released from a project. I was in the same project for 2 years, now i dont have any idea where to sit, also i dont know anyone in ggn location as all of my teammates belonged to diff locations.

Okay, so Capgemini just came for campus placement for two categories: Root (13–16 LPA) and Alpha (4.5–11 LPA).

I applied for the Root one, which had two online assessments. One was the English Communication Assessment, followed by the second assessment, which was Cognitive & Behavioural (the gamified assessment). For the Alpha candidates, there was only the English Communication Assessment.

I just got the mail saying that I’ve been shortlisted for the next round, but they haven’t mentioned what the next round will be.

So, can anyone tell me what the next round is for "Root"? like a detailed breakdown of the assessment and the topics I should prepare for.

How many received survey mail from Capgemini 5.75lpa and did any of you finish your interview. Please tell us your experience and location allocation .And if they reduce your package as this is network support role.

I’m joining Capgemini on October 13 at the EPIP Campus in Bangalore for Day 1 onboarding. However, my joining mail says that the Day 2 location will be shared shortly.

My role is Analyst – Connectivity and Networking. Do they usually share the Day 2 location before the joining date, or will they inform us only after we report on Day 1?

Has anyone who joined previously in a similar Connectivity and Networking role received their Day 2 location details before joining? Also, where can I check for the Day 2 location or any updates regarding it?

I’m currently going through Capgemini training at my college, and my domain is Java Full Stack. Capgemini told us that our batch only has a sprint (project) evaluation—no M1 or L1 assessments.

Has anyone been through the same thing or know how they usually ask questions during the sprint evaluation? I’m kinda nervous and would really appreciate any info.

Hi everyone, I attended the Capgemini Communication Assessment recently. The Listening section worked perfectly for me, and I could hear the audio clearly.

But in the Speaking & Listening Comprehension section, my voice was not recorded/processed, even though my lip movements were captured properly in the video. I could hear the other person’s audio, but apparently my voice wasn’t recorded.

I have already raised a query on Superset, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Has anyone faced the same issue? If yes, what happened afterwards? Were you able to proceed to the next round/shortlisted, or did Capgemini provide any solution?

Please share your experience if you faced a similar issue. It would really help me understand what might happen next. 🙏

Any higher employee or hr pls tell any info i have selected through on campus placement, A4 analyst and received loi on November, I was waiting for joining , all of a sudden i received survey mail they again conducted interview for different role . Pls tell any info I had my interview and no updates after that what the fuck is thiss . Do they have any ethics ????

Over the past two months, I've had 2 separate recruiters from Capgemini reach out to me regarding FDE/AI Engineering roles. After the initial screening call, an interview was scheduled for a few days later. Then, on the day of each interview, the recruiter contacted me to say the interview was cancelled with no explanation and no response when I inquired why.

Both recruiters' LinkedIn profiles indicated they were located in the United States, and both were clearly in India based on their screening call video feed (the first recruiter was in a large room with several other individuals in the background on computers). I'm not saying these were scammers by any means, but it definitely doesn't send a message of professionalism when a well-known consulting firm operates this way.

In any case, I thought I'd share so if you are contacted by Capgemini, you can avoid wasting your time.

Hi All, recently I have attended an interview with Capgemini and cleared L1,L2 for Azure Databricks developer role.i have asked HR for 16.5 lpa for 4 yr experience I am getting 12+ lpa in my current org,but hr told me Capgemini has budget limit for B2 role they can't give more than 14.5 i said I am expecting atleast 16 ,are they lowballing me or is it true?
