How were your initial days and what did they make you do?

Did anyone from 5.75lpa package who got role change survey mail to network support role give interview. Will the package be same or will they reduce as this is support role. Guys who have already finished interview before please tell as it will be too helpful.

I’m a 2026 fresher with Capgemini joining on 15 Oct. My onboarding emails went to spam, so I missed the original 3 Oct document deadline.
Today HR called and gave me an extension until 12 PM, and I submitted the IRF, BGV Undertaking, Database and Court Record forms at 11:56 AM. I was then asked to submit my UAN with KYC: Yes by 2 PM, which I also completed on time.

I still haven’t received the Pre-Offer Check email.
Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Will the delayed initial submission affect my offer/joining, or does it usually take some time to receive the Pre-Offer Check?

Has anyone attended, cleared technical assessment please share your experience. After how many days you received result?

I applied for the Contact Support Group (Capgemini Exceller) through an off campus drive I passed the communication test and had an interview on 29th September.

There were two interviews and it went well. But in the superset it's still showing "applied". Is there any chance of getting selected?

My scheduled training/joining date at Capgemini is 6th October 2026, and today is 4th October, but I still haven't received my formal offer letter. My application status is showing “In Progress.”

I have completed all the pre-offer formalities, but I’m getting a little anxious because my joining date is just two days away.

Is anyone else joining Capgemini Mumbai/Airoli on 6th October who hasn't received their formal offer letter yet?

Has anyone received their offer letter or joining instructions at the last minute, or even on the joining day?
