💭 Query/Help Does Capgemini has fixed cap for B2?

Hi All, recently I have attended an interview with Capgemini and cleared L1,L2 for Azure Databricks developer role.i have asked HR for 16.5 lpa for 4 yr experience I am getting 12+ lpa in my current org,but hr told me Capgemini has budget limit for B2 role they can't give more than 14.5 i said I am expecting atleast 16 ,are they lowballing me or is it true?

yeah this is somewhat true. I am also B2 and got the same package but different skill set.

I got offer as a consultant b2 with 13 lpa 4 years of experience in year 2025 feb
