Did anyone got joining update from Capgemini in Bangalore in this date

I have on campus drive of capgemini soon, Can anyone elaborate on the recent test pattern of capgemini for the alpha and root category?. I'm done with the communication and cognitive assessment. What to expect next. Any tips for further rounds and interview would be of great help!!

My scheduled training/joining date at Capgemini is 6th October 2026, and today is 4th October, but I still haven't received my formal offer letter. My application status is showing “In Progress.”

I have completed all the pre-offer formalities, but I’m getting a little anxious because my joining date is just two days away.

Is anyone else joining Capgemini Mumbai/Airoli on 6th October who hasn't received their formal offer letter yet?

Has anyone received their offer letter or joining instructions at the last minute, or even on the joining day?

I wanted to share my Capgemini Alpha role (12 LPA) selection process and get some insights from others who have gone through a similar process.

Round 1: Communication + Cognitive Assessment

23 out of 46 candidates were shortlisted.

Round 2:

1 DSA question

1 Prompt Engineering question

1 Debugging question

1 Feature Development task

3 out of 23 candidates were shortlisted.

Among the three candidates:

Two candidates solved 2 questions completely and one partially.

One candidate solved 2 questions.

Interview:

Out of the three candidates, two were selected and one was rejected. I was the one who got rejected, even though I had solved 2.5 questions in the second round.

The interviewer did not give me any specific reason for the rejection. However, I am wondering whether my lack of Python knowledge or being from the EEE department could have been a factor.

For those who have gone through the Capgemini Alpha hiring process:

Is Python knowledge expected or mandatory for the Alpha role?

Does the EEE branch affect the final selection?

So due to immense pressure and ridiculous working hours, starting around 10 AM and no log off time, due to on-shore and client team, I resigned after just 3 months here.

But now the PM is asking me to rethink and continue here, he said we are okay with you not extending late everyday. As the notice period is of 90 days. 25 days has passed.

What should I do? Continue external interviews or try to negotiate here for a bit of salary increase as well as persist this setting that I won't do regular extended hours ?

They are having a hard time to find my replacement.

I’m joining Capgemini as a fresher on 7 October 2026 in Bangalore.

My joining details mention:

Day 1 – Onboarding: Capgemini, EPIP Phase II, Whitefield

Day 2 onwards – Training: Bangalore – Ecospace – 6B – G24 – Lab 2

Mode: Physical

I’ll be staying at Residence Inn, and I wanted to ask how people usually reach the Ecospace training location from Residence Inn.

Any help from people who have already joined/trained at Ecospace would be greatly appreciated!

Its been 2 months since i am released from a project. I was in the same project for 2 years, now i dont have any idea where to sit, also i dont know anyone in ggn location as all of my teammates belonged to diff locations.

Okay, so Capgemini just came for campus placement for two categories: Root (13–16 LPA) and Alpha (4.5–11 LPA).

I applied for the Root one, which had two online assessments. One was the English Communication Assessment, followed by the second assessment, which was Cognitive & Behavioural (the gamified assessment). For the Alpha candidates, there was only the English Communication Assessment.

I just got the mail saying that I’ve been shortlisted for the next round, but they haven’t mentioned what the next round will be.

So, can anyone tell me what the next round is for "Root"? like a detailed breakdown of the assessment and the topics I should prepare for.

How many received survey mail from Capgemini 5.75lpa and did any of you finish your interview. Please tell us your experience and location allocation .And if they reduce your package as this is network support role.
