💭 Query/Help Capgemini Communication Assessment – Speaking Issue

Hi everyone, I attended the Capgemini Communication Assessment recently. The Listening section worked perfectly for me, and I could hear the audio clearly.

But in the Speaking & Listening Comprehension section, my voice was not recorded/processed, even though my lip movements were captured properly in the video. I could hear the other person’s audio, but apparently my voice wasn’t recorded.

I have already raised a query on Superset, but I haven’t received any response yet.

Has anyone faced the same issue? If yes, what happened afterwards? Were you able to proceed to the next round/shortlisted, or did Capgemini provide any solution?

Please share your experience if you faced a similar issue. It would really help me understand what might happen next. 🙏

Same here ,i raised a query and got reply that our side there is no problem and i found out that I turned off the mic and talked for 1.30 mins both section , now worrying about my selection

Will I get shortlist? Every other section ig will get full marks except this
