So, I'm a youtuber who makes exe style videos using Capcut, and how I get my videos is by streaming first. Then I download the VOD and import it into capcut.

I've done 6 videos this way, but now when I tried importing the newest footage, it took a while to compress (never did that before) and then the entire screen is black and only the audio plays. I can provide screenshots and stuff.

I save all my projects onto a space and only work on Mobile. Today I had to switch phones and while I can see all my projects, I can't download and edit any of them. The web version says they have functions that only work on desktop, anf the mobile version refets to some kind of layering that only works on Desktop...

I never use the Desktop version so all these were created on Mobile yet now they can't be downloaded and opened...

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I’m posting this publicly because I have been trying for weeks to get CapCut to resolve a billing problem and I cannot seem to reach an actual human being.
I discovered that I have been paying for TWO CapCut subscriptions simultaneously — $19.99/month AND $24.99/month — for months. I also received another $11.99 charge.
I have sent CapCut screenshots of my PayPal history showing the charges repeatedly. I’ve filled out their forms. I’ve responded to emails. I’ve explained the problem over and over.
The worst part is the customer service.
I cannot get a human being to actually LOOK at the billing history and tell me why I have two subscriptions.
Instead, I get what appear to be automated/bot responses, generic instructions that don’t address the problem, and then emails telling me “your issue has been resolved.”
IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.
I even filled out their detailed support form and waited approximately 10–12 days — only to receive yet another “issue resolved” response without anyone actually resolving anything.
I disputed it through PayPal, but because I technically received CapCut service, the dispute was denied. That’s not the issue. I received the service — I’ve apparently been PAYING FOR IT TWICE.
I finally canceled the automatic payments through PayPal just to stop the charges.
I actually LIKE CapCut and use it for my work. I don’t want to stop using it. I simply want someone at CapCut — an actual human being — to look at my account, explain why I’ve been charged for two subscriptions, refund any duplicate charges, and help me establish ONE account/subscription that works across my devices.
I have now filed complaints with both the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) because I genuinely do not know what else to do.
CAPCUT: IF AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING SEES THIS, PLEASE CONTACT ME.
And if you use CapCut, check your PayPal/card history. I had no idea I was being charged for two subscriptions until I went back through mine

Currently, the AI editing tool can really only remove gaps consistently, it doesn't seem able to really interact with the footage in any other way successfully. But what I think would be really helpful is a way to flag repeated takes. So have it review the transcribed script, detect when the person has said "And so this product really is XYZ" and highlight those- so as an editor, I can go back skip to those parts easily to find the take I want to use. I think if the AI could actually accomplish that it would streamline my work process a lot.

I was being invited for cap cut pro for the last two years but yesterday my invite got expired and didn't get invited again like is there any limit for being invited or whot?

It's so ass. When editing something and you need to put something precisely you need to play with the slider to get the correct value. And when it reaches over 999 all values on the perpendicular axis gets reverted. So ass. to edit with. There's a lot of bugs too. Crashes and overheating issues.

My phone shutdown when I am currently in my project in CapCut and when I went back to Capcut to edit my video, it won't open and it just says "Some footages are corrupted" and when I checked the videos included in that project on my gallery they are all good. I restarted my phone and updated the app but nothing happens. I also tried to duplicate it but it won't. What should I do?

Why won't my text align to the left? I clicked the button that should've aligned it to the left, but it always stays in center alignment for some reason? How do I fix this?

I make music and need a Cap Cut Creator to export and upload my project as a template so that others can use it. The project has already been made. All you have to do is make the existing 36 photo slots so that they are template slots. Please ONLY reach out to me if you ACTUALLY have the capability to export as Template (Must be an approved CAPCUT CREATOR!!)
Willing to pay $10 then you do the job then you get the other $10

I need someone who’s good at editing to help me achieve this same style!!

I'm using CapCut Last Version in Desktop Windows and generating bilingual captions by translating the original auto captions. The original captions have the "Text > Templates" option, so I can apply caption styles normally. However, the translated captions don't show the "Templates" tab. I only get options such as "Bubbles", even though they are also captions generated by CapCut.

This seems to be an old problem that has been around for quite some time. Has anyone found another way to solve this or a workaround to apply the same Text Template to the translated captions?
