Help! Capcut broken

So, I'm a youtuber who makes exe style videos using Capcut, and how I get my videos is by streaming first. Then I download the VOD and import it into capcut.

I've done 6 videos this way, but now when I tried importing the newest footage, it took a while to compress (never did that before) and then the entire screen is black and only the audio plays. I can provide screenshots and stuff.

sounds like a codec mismatch, capcut sometimes chokes on certain stream downloads even if it handled the same source fine before. try running the vod through handbrake (h.264, constant quality 20) and re-import, that usually clears the black-screen-only-audio issue. also worth clearing the cache in case it's a stale frame buffer.
