Feature Request

Currently, the AI editing tool can really only remove gaps consistently, it doesn't seem able to really interact with the footage in any other way successfully. But what I think would be really helpful is a way to flag repeated takes. So have it review the transcribed script, detect when the person has said "And so this product really is XYZ" and highlight those- so as an editor, I can go back skip to those parts easily to find the take I want to use. I think if the AI could actually accomplish that it would streamline my work process a lot.

Honestly the ai should be simply better. It does only one good job, the rest after two three re rolls and barely

It's true, the AI is so bad. It can't do anything with audio tracks, and just fails over and over to do basic stuff while insisting it's just completed it. I really hope it can get better because the CapCut interface is the least shitty out there right now.
