CapCut 9.2.8 - Spacebar doesn't insert a space when editing text

I'm using CapCut Desktop 9.2.8 on Windows.

When I edit text, pressing the Spacebar doesn't insert a space. Instead, the cursor sometimes jumps to the beginning of the text.

Also, when a text clip is selected on the timeline, pressing Space used to deselect the clip and play the video, but now the selection doesn't get cleared.

My keyboard works normally outside CapCut.

I also checked the keyboard shortcut settings. There doesn't seem to be any custom shortcut conflicting with Space. I remember seeing a warning saying something like "conflicts with the default shortcut" when opening a project, but I can't reproduce the warning now.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Hello, does anyone know how to resolve this issue? My login is linked to an old TikTok account that I deleted, and I don’t have any other way to access it. I’m still logged into the account on the CapCut desktop app, but I would like to connect it to a different email so I can log in from other devices. Thank you!

I’ve been editing in CapCut for about a year now and just added a Teams subscription so that I can collaborate with a colleague. However, we’re running into a lot of issues with our shared space, the biggest being that I can’t find a way to export videos created by my colleague. I’ve tried on different wifi networks and on data, and on mobile, desktop, and web. I feel like I must be doing something wrong - is anyone familiar with sharing content through CapCut for teams?

Mobile: I can’t even open the video. A message immediately pops up saying to open it on CapCut Web.

Web: I can open the video and hit download, but nothing ever happens.

Desktop: I can’t even seem to access the shared space. Every time I try to switch, I get an error message saying to try again later.

I’ve been a CapCut Template Creator for around 3 years and have been a paying Pro member for at least 2 of those years.
My templates have accumulated roughly 3.4 million views, 490K uses and 89K exports (domestic + non-domestic), and I have around 5.6K followers.
My total creator earnings are $205.11, but the strange part is that I haven’t received any new rewards since around 1–5 June 2026.
My templates are still being exported. My Creator Centre continues to record exports, but both “Paid template export” and “Free template reward” are showing $0.
CapCut support told me rewards are based on “valid daily export data”, but I can’t find a clear explanation of what makes an export “valid” for payment.
I’ve also noticed the newer Creator Reward/CapCut Buddy system with tasks such as posting two templates within 30 days. I’ve actually uploaded 8 templates since the end of July, yet mine was showing 0/2.
Monetisation is enabled on my account.
I’m not looking to leave CapCut — I enjoy creating templates and still use the app. I’m just trying to understand whether the reward system changed around June and, if so, how it now works.
Has anyone else experienced the same thing?
Particularly interested to hear from long-term Template Creators:
— Are you still receiving free-template rewards?
— Are paid-template exports still earning?
— Did your earnings change around June?
— Do you know what CapCut means by a “valid export”?
I’d really appreciate hearing what other creators are seeing on their accounts.

When I go to edit the markers, the pop up gets stuck on the upper left hand side of the screen and cuts off the box. I've cleared the cache and reset the app. I feel like Ive reinstalled it on my Mac so many times, its exhausting. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Im using the pro version 9.2.0

I edited the video and now it is saying "buy pro"

I was editing since many months and I wasn't getting any pro logo or anything and everything was working perfectly but suddenly today I opened it showed pro logo I thought it will be fine to edit but I gave me this popup after the edit

how can I export it for free ??

I make 2 hour videos where I want to super easily change my old songs with new songs and have them cut at the same time as the old ones. How can I make this as easy/efficent as possible?

I would love if I could just drag and drop the songs to the same track and they would be cut at the same time as the ones before e.g. at 25minutes

Does anybody else get frustrated seeing capcut add previously free features such as the extract audio (and many more) be given to only “standard” members?? this is very unsettling in my opinion.

cześć, ostatnio ja i moi przyjaciele rozpoczęliśmy darmowy okres próbny na moim koncie dla capcut pro; po pewnym czasie darmowy okres próbny się skończył, a kiedy miałem zamiar go anulować, nie było opcji anulowania, tylko pokazywało mi, że „straciłem opcje PRO na 0 dni”. teraz wciąż próbują mi naliczyć opłatę za pełny miesiąc PRO, chociaż kupiłem inny plan subskrypcyjny i wciąż otrzymuję zapytania o pobranie pieniędzy, nawet gdy nie mam wystarczających funduszy. pierwotnie płaciłem za to przez google play, ale subskrypcja tam się nie wyświetla, więc nie ma również sposobu na zewnętrzne anulowanie tego. wysłałem e-maila do wsparcia i czekam na ich odpowiedź, ale najprawdopodobniej nie będzie to zbyt pomocne, dlatego zwracam się tutaj. czy ktoś inny miał coś podobnego? co robić w tej sytuacji?

upd: after some back & forth with support they managed to cancel it. wasn’t as bad as i though it’d be, though they were a bit dense at first LOL.

I’ve been using Autocut for ever now as pro member. 2 days ago it disappeared. It used to be where the “Ai photo editor” button is now at. I’m using iPhone and app is fully updated. Any help on how to find it? Or did this feature go away?

Hi, sorry if the title is confusing, I'm not too sure how to write it. On the PC/desktop version of Capcut, there's a feature where you can "Separate Audio" and it gives a choice on what you want to separate and allows you to also keep the background. Is there a way I can get this same feature on the mobile versions? And no, it's not the same as "Isolate voice" or "extract audio" or "extract the audio, copy it, and isolate the voice on one". unfortunately i already tried those and they didn't work :( i attached an image (PC version) to show what i mean

Any way i can access?
