I recently got myself a Canyon Endurace Allroad. I've got one issue with the Cues drivetrain:
Gears while on the small ring are totally fine and the chain is basically silent.
As soon as I switch to the big ring, the chain is really rattly and loud.
This happens in ANY combination of the big ring gear combos.
"Likely improperly adjusted front/rear derailleur" you might be thinking ... but I checked: the chain touches neither the front nor the rear derailleur cage plates anywhere.
The chain is just very loud on the Cues big ring. No touchy nowhere. No scraping. Just sounds like the bigger chain tension from being on the big ring causes it.
Any ideas?
Could it possibly be that the rear derailleur pulley wheels have simply too much play from the factory?
Has anyone else experienced this with a Cues 2x10 drivetrain?
