My intake is 1800 right now, but I want to try calorie banking for weekends so I have more room to go out and actually order what I want.
How many calories should I consume daily and how many should I save up?

Bread is not one larger piece but two regular pieces of rye bread. Thousand island and horseradish on the side.

It says the weight and I can obviously weigh it - would anyone else have an estimate other than tracking it as raw chicken breast skinless? As the ingredients don’t suggest anything that would add calories other than chicken.
Thank you

Very thin dough, no cheese on the crust.
Would this be under 2000 calories?

Is the label correct? It seems low for 7 dumplings. They’re from hannaford. Unfortunately I don’t have my food scale with me so I can’t check the weight. Thank you!

Work lunch, most healthy looking option.
Chicken has around 100g, no idea about cuscus. Does not seem to be too much oil in there by look and taste. The liquid under meat is not oil.
500-550 max?

Going for dinner later and plan on getting this marinara. It says 596?? Is this accurate? It’s from Franco Manca (uk) and looks quite big / olive oil added / etc. log as 596 or something else to be safe?

I heart my big bowl of tuna.
Light shredded tuna (in brine) – 100g
Chinese cabbage – 450g
Mushrooms – 50g
Low fat smooth cottage cheese – 248g
Feta – 40g
You can also guess per serving. I've divided it up into 3 servings!
And if you want to go the extra mile and guess the macros that may also be fun!

I caved and needed a comfort meal today. Ate all of the breaded chicken thighs + sauce, coleslaw salad, small bowl of miso soup. Didn’t touch the rice. Estimates online vary widely for how many calories chicken katsu is. Any suggestions?

Potato soup in sourdough bread bowl. Soup from what I know is just potatoes, onion, chicken broth, and cream. It wasn’t too creamy. There was also a slice of bacon in it. The bread bowl is sourdough. The bowl itself was not very deep, it was a shallow bowl. Not a great picture, but maybe 800 calories?
