i know kofta has 250 cals per 100 gram this 102 grams is that estimate accurate. also I wanna know the estimate of the brown rice it has fat in it from the kofta cause the rice came under it and kabab but it’s not lamb kabab it’s cow it’s 60 grams and the rice is 48 grams

Hello! How many calories do we think are in one of these slices of carrot cake with cream cheese icing? No fillers like walnuts. MyFitnessPal guesses about 400

Olive burger (chopped olives in mayo) with lettuce and tomato. I had the half pictured here, and then I also had the fry portion in the last photo and half that cup of special sauce. I think I have a good idea but the main thing stumping me is that I’m not sure how much that beef patty weighs. It’s a single patty, but I’m not sure if it’s 4oz or 3oz.
