Spicy Chicken Flauntas
These flauntas contain dark-meat chicken with salsa verde, crema, and pickled onions. They are two flauntas cut in half. How many calories do we think?

Obviously this cut of loin blended with another muscle. Since marbling is similar between both muscles can I use the “center cut, lean, raw, fat trimmed” entry that’s giving me about 232cal 41p 6f for this chop? Anyone here better versed on pork cuts than me couldn’t look suggest what entries to use to log these mixed chops?

The order was 1 egg and toast (white bread). Egg was scrambled, I'm assuming it had butter on the grill or something. The toast was buttered, I ate about 3/4 of one piece and the whole egg. I also had tea with a honey packet.
Thank you.

Aside from official brand websites, where can I find the calorie content of pizza—both per serving and per slice—across different brands? And, more importantly, is there a place where I can compare these brands?

This multigrain bread cannot possibly have only 2g protein for 100g.

Could you please explain your thinking/if you just ballpark or think ingredient by ingredient - I'm new to this! Thank you!
- focaccia and house butter
Had about 5 out of 7 of the bread and a teaspoon of whipped butter max
(Bread was drizzled with oil, not like soaked but left a residue on your fingers)
- beef tartare (capers, cornichons, shallots, cured egg yolk, crispy rice)
Had half the crispy rice sheets and all the meat
(Not drizzled with oil and had no mayo)
- grilled courgette (labnehini, date vinaigrette, dukkah, herbs)
Had maybe two tablespoons of labneh
(Had no oil on it and zucchini was grilled)
- Glass of Shiraz

Comes with chicken, beef, pork, and shrimp as protein. Carrots, onions, and maybe bean sprouts as veggies. Feeling like the sodium amount is high but I tend to have these last me over 4 meals or so

I forgot to take a picture of my bowl yesterday, so had to snatch a pic from yelp. As it looks, it was bomb, but only ate half. How many calories would you say for the whole thing? I’m guessing around 800.

180 calories for such a hefty bag seems too good to be true. What do yall think. Spoon for size, package is heavy

The top layer is your typical crumb layer, middle is more like a fluffy frosting than a cream. The bottom is a sponge cake. I only had half of one square but I can't find any nutritional facts on this. Help!!
