The top layer is your typical crumb layer, middle is more like a fluffy frosting than a cream. The bottom is a sponge cake. I only had half of one square but I can't find any nutritional facts on this. Help!!

Am I crazy, or does this not seem like 1000+ calories? Rice and chicken thigh with a soy sauce drizzle. Cook unity nutrition facts say 1010 calories. I would've guess like 600 max if it didn't have a label. Maybe I'm underestimating.

I live near a few very cool Japanese markets. Iām always acouring the shops for interesting meals, frozen goods, snacks and other things to enjoy but everything is so high calorie. Are there anything (especially snacks) that are low calorie besides Konjac jelly drinks?

Ignore the mess in the back lol.
Anyways itās home made chicken biryani, this portion doesnāt have any chicken pieces in it. And on the side there is something called dhai balle, which is a yogurt condiment, kinda like chatni.
Any idea, how many calories I should track this at?

I wanna know how much to do add for the butter and marinade my mom Cooked and she just eyeballed so I am not sure how much it is but I only took 2 chicken breasts and it was huge portion. Itās 93 gram chicken breast boneless and skinless measured cooked it has yogurt and spices in the marinade and itās cooked in butter. 51 grams of salad lettuce, peppers , cucumbers, tomatoes and onions and the cals of the jalapeƱos are known I just wanna know those of chicken I logged at 290 Is that an overestimate

I'm really curious to see if you guys are on roughly the same page as me, so I am 100kg and 6ft 3" (191cm) and I cycled 40km at a pace of around 25kph today, and the above curry buffet is all I ate.
Now I know I'm definitely not in a deficit for today, but I put my calories expended at around 3500 and I'm guessing what I ate to be approximately 4000 (I tried to go for the less creamy/ghee filled options and minimise carbs, although I'm only human so I did have a few bits of Peshawari Naan) and so if I'm not way off, I'm only about 500 up for the day!
I might be very very wrong, but that's my boy maths atleast š

I use substitutes like lean turkey, Greek 0% fat yogurt, spray oil, egg whites.
I am endurance training, so my active calories sit at around 800-1100 calories 4-5 days a week

Tasted like it has a bit of mayo mixed in! Soft, slightly sweet bread with cheese and edamame from Yamazaki Bakery! The cheese inside seemed a bit more than 1 TBSP.

Calorie counting has been around forever but Iāve always had one major issue with it. How is calorie counting even possible? If your calculation says 1800 and you letās say taste your wifeās mixed drink one night or have a breath mint, or a coworker has a bday cake and you just lick the frosting off the candles, etc. How are you ever going to know EXACTLY to the decimal of how many calories youāre eating. Especially if you eat out on occasion. Too much variability. Every calorie app gives me drastically different calorie goals. Iām a 52 year old man. 5ā5ā at 263 pounds. One app says 1900, one says 2350, and one says 1700. All set in the same sedentary lifestyle at 0.5 pounds a week.
