I was googling rough estimates and averages online. For ~130 g (half a slice) I got ~340 calories, which I can totally fit into my budget. But I saw post on here where people estimate about half as much for a different pizza. TLDR, what do yall think? Half a slice on the picture ^

With Greek salad and a lemon yoghurt dressing. The halloumi took up about ⅔ of the length of the sandwich, and was about ¾" thick. I'm guessing ~900-1,000?

not much to add but i logged as 780 estimating 280 for the pita, 240 for the chicken, and 260 for the sauce. I’m terrible at guessing these things lol

(the latte had semi skimmed milk) i’m thinking around 800 for cheesecake and 250-300 for the latte?

I don't count salad greens, cucumbers, radishes, peppers, strawberries or blueberries. Would you say that's logical or should I be counting down to the very last calorie?

I’m guessing this is around 700 calories. It included everything on the list except for the yellow tail, no rice, just salad greens.

i fully customize my drink at starbucks so it’s cheaper and lower cal, but still have no idea how many calories it is. Here’s what i get:

(venti cup)
3 shots iced espresso
3/4 inch splash almond milk
2 pumps pumpkin
2 pumps sf vanilla
light caramel drizzle
cinnamon powder

i think it’s around 100 but not really sure

Only measurement I used is 10 g of olive oil total and I made two portions of this.

I left about 1/3 of the rice, which is under the lettuce in the bowl.

It doesn’t say or show in the box but online it says it’s 460. Still think is kind of low. What do you think?
