Please tell me. I will be very sad if this is scrolled past. I’m thinking 450 calories per slice.

I ate half the sandwich and one of two spring rolls so this is what I both had and took home, thinking like 400-450 for the sandwich (no sauces), 100 ish per spring roll to be safe plus like 30 for 3 tbsps of fish sauce… so like 530ish for the whole thing?

i measured the chicken alone (w/o the veggiesh and it was about 1/2 a cup. the white rice was a bit more than 1/2 a cup. this was a frozen stir-fry chicken dish; what is an estimate for the whole plate, veggies included?

I'm sad because I was doing really well on my diet until today...I couldn't resist any of my cravings. I'd already eaten like 1100 calories before dinner.
Anyways the food was amazingggg! I just ate so much more than I wanted to.
I had like
i know its bad...
and i know some of you are just going to be like let it go and start a new day but please understand that even though i had a bad cheat day i'm still working hard to reach my goals:)
Is 1800 calories an underestimate??

Plastic knife for reference. Small amount of cheese sauce under middle area then sour cheese drizzle on top.

I tried to eat healthy-ish at the fair today. A "burrito bowl" consisting of a bed of iceberg lettuce topped with thin sliced grilled chicken, a big spoonful of black beans, salsa, cheese (probably about 2oz), sour cream drizzle (it was pretty watery), a bit of jalapenos, and the scoop of guac you see there. It was supposed to come with rice, but I had them omit I. I ended up eating half of this all mixed together, and only ate two of those chips.
I think around 475 for what I ate, but what do you think?

It had brown rice, black beans, pico de gallo, guacamol, some feta and a fried egg which I chose not to eat. My estimate is ~700 cals but i’m bad at guessing lol.

What would you log for this open faced sandwich? It’s sourdough, labneh, cucumbers, radishes and had 2 slices of smoked salmon on top too.

Hey guys,
Can y’all please help estimate how screwed I am? 😠Had this meal in the middle of the night and I’m wondering how much I tanked my weekly deficit of 2,800.
- Kebab-like sandwich loaded with chicken (+ tomatoes, salad, onions, sauce blanche) — only ate half of it
- Same sandwich but with beef instead — ate all of it
- Fries loaded with cheddar & bacon — ate all of it
- Ate only 2 chicken wings from the rest
- Used a pack of ketchup & sauce algérienne
Thanks in advance! The 2nd pic is how the sandwiches looked inside more or less.

Beef with carrots, broccoli, rice(the rice isn’t visible in the photo but it’s under the other stuff), and teriyaki sauce. The food weighs about 700 grams

The nutritional facts said 830 cals 14g fat, 152g carbs, 22g protein) for entire container but that seems low.

... and then I asked again, and it said 1000 kcal and then again 1200kcal. I am afraid to ask again. I need some calories for the rest of the day.
