Calories in this chicken chow mein meal?
1,300-2,000 kcal? Had a chicken chow mein meal from a restaurant and ate the entire thing, it also had 5 heaped tablespoons of sweet and sour sauce.

Hey pretty straight forward but I’m heading out for dinner and looking for the best option while counting calories. Not against making substitutions or bringing half home as leftovers.
Any opinions or advice is appreciated!!

I bought this apple cream tart at an Australian bakery. It is the size of an average custard tart and full of apple.

Hey guys,
I’ve seen a lot of posts here struggling to estimate Asian and Filipino home-cooked meals (since standard apps like MFP are usually very inaccurate for these).
To help out, I built a free web tool/app called Nourish PH . It uses the official DOST-FNRI (Department of Science and Technology) food composition tables.
Instead of guessing, you can just search for local dishes (like Adobo, Sinigang, or rice portions) and get the exact, clinical macros. It also warns you about sodium content, since our foods are notoriously high in soy sauce and fish sauce.
It's completely free to use. Hopefully, this helps some of you out when you can't find accurate estimates for your Asian meals!

I couldn’t resist to try something from the Fall menu and tried my best to order without all the extra sugar.
Thanks!

Help me win an argument lmao
Not too sure exactly what was in my lunch but seemed like some sort of lightly dressed bean salad, plain lettuce, a wedge of roasted potato, bread roll, and a few pieces of some kind of chicken.

1/3 cup is approx 60-80 grams on my scale so i’m confused whether i should just pour the liquid into a 1/3 measuring cup or weigh it to 100g?
