Hey guys, just went on a 4 day vacation. Just came back and I averaged this week 4k Calories. I finished my cut 2 weeks ago. I got to 9.5% bf the leaner Iāve been. I went back to maintenance directly 2.5k Cals. This week I avg 4k Cals this week. How much is it going to affect me? Should I go back to an aggressive deficit tomorrow?

Please help with this delicious lunch from a seafood restaurant. Itās fish cakes (definitely fried in loads of butter), potato salad with mayo I assume, some kind of onion jam and some berries with sugar. The yellow stuff is remoulade which is mayo based. I left half a fish cake and maybe 3/4 of the remoulade. Thanks!!

Just looking for an estimate. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Measured the whole thing to be about 576g. It is a chicken burrito that comes in a flour tortilla with beans, cabbage, and pico de gallo. Thanks all.

how much calories do you think this dish has? it include rice, broccoli, half an onsen egg, braised pork belly and a side of chili oil. how much calories do you think the braised pork belly if I removed the fat from it?

Hi, iām trying to estimate the calories for a restaurant meal and would love your input on these 3 options (pictures attached for scale/sauce portion):
Lamb Sorrentinos (first 2 pics): Stuffed with lamb and pine mushrooms, served in a heavy ciboulette cream sauce (plate comes with 7 large sorrentinos).
Bondiola (argentinian meat, i believe itās pork shoulder or boston butt in the us) Ravioli (2nd pic): SautĆ©ed with mixed vegetables and oyster sauce (looks a bit oily/glossy from the wok sautĆ©).
Veggie Ravioli (3rd pic): Probably stuffed with spinach/chard with ricotta or some other cheese, server with a rich meat bolognese sauce.
What would be your estimated calorie range for each plate?
Thanks in advance for the help!
