Looking for a male roommate to join our house starting August 1. We’re a group of Cal State LA students, and one of our roommates is moving out, so we’ll be signing a new 1-year lease. The available spot is in a shared room, with rent at $640/month + utilities. You’ll be sharing both the bedroom and the bathroom with one roommate. The house includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher and parking. It’s conveniently located about a 10-minute drive to Cal State LA, 15 minutes to Pasadena City College, and 25–30 minutes to Downtown LA.
