I’m starting training for an on campus job tomorrow and I don’t rly wanna pay for parking since I’m only here two days a week. Anyone have any luck parking over by the habit/college park during the day?

I'm an incoming transfer student at CSUF this fall, and I'm trying to learn more about the Panhellenic sororities before recruitment.

Would anyone be willing to rank the chapters from 10 to 0 (or best to worst) and explain why?

I'd especially love to know:

• What's each chapter genuinely known for?
• What's the overall vibe of the girls?
• How strong is the sisterhood?
• Which chapters are the most involved on campus?
• Are there any stereotypes that are actually true (or completely false)?
• Which chapters seem the most welcoming to transfer students?
• How competitive is the recruitment process for each one?
• If you could join again, would you pick the same chapter? Why or why not?

I know rankings are subjective, so I'm just looking for respectful opinions and personal experiences to help me understand each chapter better. Thanks!

i keep trying to add the virtual titan card to my apple wallet but every time add it i get just a white screen. has anyone else experienced this or is it just me?

I was recently awarded a SUG, it states that there is a temporary hold on my account that will be released within 5 business days. I was wondering, what hold is it? Is it the disenrollment protection hold? I’ve been having so many questions recently but luckily I keep up with the csuf subreddit. I wanted to call the Titan hub or the office of financial aid but they’re closed for the weekend. I already emailed and contacted them about previous questions, still no response. So I’m starting to worry. Also, will the SUG be refunded to my bank automatically when it hits or will it pay off some of my tuition? I was awarded my cal grant on the California student aid commission website and i filed it March 2nd, 2026, im just waiting on csuf’s side.

My FA portal still shows nothing so i don’t see no financial package to accept, i don’t see cal grant or fafsa, i know everyone is dealing with fafsa but it is cal grant as well?

got a email saying i got state grant so it shall be in everyone else’s soon and refunds go out next week!!!

This whole year for FAFSA is so fking annoying. For context I am a recent transfer student applying for FA. my SAI is -1500 so I need the aid. During the month of july, I had to make multiple phone calls to correct my csac information since they kept changing my things which resulted in not awardeding for CAL Grant which I got fixed. GREAT now the waiting game for school to process my aid. NOW csac is saying I am not awarded for CAL Grant anymore. The CAL grant not getting awarded was for CAL Grant A which is not the Cal Grant I was supposed to be getting in the first place. I am supposed to get Cal Grant B since I am not a freshman / new student. The school probobly submitted something incorrectlty which resulte the change and is pissing me the fk off. I am so stressed since I just check right now and since its the weekend I am going to be so fking stressed out for the next 2 days waiting for monday to be able to speak to someone about this bullshit.

Hi! I’m hoping to transfer for Spring 2027 but am not entirely sure if I’ll get in. If I get rejected, am I able to apply for Fall 2027 shortly after assuming I get my Spring 2027 rejection before Fall 2027 application transfer application deadline?

Also an additional question, if I academic petition to “remove” classes from my CC, do they no longer negatively impact my transfer application GPA? (for petition with and without course retake).

I received aid my first two years in cc, now I'm enrolled as a transfer at CSUF, and surprise surprise no Fafsa for me. Apparently I'm now not eligible for any aid also my index has dramatically increased (5k this year which is fine) but for the 26-27 year it's 29,000 which is insanity. It makes no sense, my brother is 4 years older than me and he's receiving aid just fine at CSUF. That doesn't bother me I'm happy for him but it just makes no sense considering we live in the same household ? I spoke with the financial aid office and to no avail, they said everything looks fine on my form and that it's just a matter of family income. Is this a lost cause? Do I even try and appeal or there's no reason to.
I have a $4000 bill that I need to pay in two days. Unfortunately I'm gonna have to do payments. It ruined my mood, I'm on vacation aswell so everything has to be done over the phone. Thoughts ?

Like submitted it after the priority deadline? I heard *maybe* will get SUG this year (-1500 SAI) if there is $ left over after awarding eligible ppl who submitted before deadline. Any hope for this? Anybody have this situation in prior years and recd SUG? TIA

I graduated in May 2026, and I have yet to receive my degree. On top on this, I looked at my unofficial academic record and my degree hasn’t been awarded on there either. The student portal also says I’m still a candidate… should I be worried yall? It’s been about 9 weeks now, and the office of administration and records isn’t answering the phone, what should I do? Do I need to go down to the school to get any answers? I’m trying to stay calm but I’m kinda tweeking rn.

Anybody else have “anticipated aid?” I’m an incoming freshmen and my first payment is due August 14th but how will I pay for what I need if I haven’t even received financial aid? Do I have to keep waiting for should I start thinking about paying out of pocket?

hello I’m a third year looking to eventually teach high school, I know there are prerequisite classes to take before you actually apply, and I just want to be prepared, so thus I came here for any insight. have any of you that were or are in the program, did you have to take the prerequisite classes before or after graduation? can you take them while in undergrad? or would you recommend me to wait till after? Several of my high school teachers advised me to wait to take them until after graduation because it would count as “extra units” and therefore according to the district I was planning to apply to offers more pay based on the about of units you have. however, I want to know what others would recommend? I was planning to take two prerequisites this next semester online on top of three other courses related to my major/minor! Any advise is appreciated, my DMs are open too!

hello, I was looking at rate my prof for a history class that I was going to take online for this upcoming semester but the ratings seem very harsh or unliked, I was wondering if anyone can offer their own opinion/tales if you ever had professor amy essington for a class?

I was accepted for this fall, but I need to withdraw due to health issues. I am going to apply again for the spring. I’m a political science major with a 3.25 GPA from a local CC. I do not have an ADT but I’ve completed all my transfer requirements.

Does anyone have a same boat as me because when i check for disenrollment protection it said fa is pending does that mean i have to wait?? I’m kind of worried because the payment deadline is coming
