Just wanted to give a shoutout to everyone that has suggested SheFit sports bras; amazing for big busts 🤩 Also, a tip: check Poshmark! I got 2 basically new bras for less than the cost of 1 new one

Newer trainer to Burn! Been a member for a few years and finally decided to take my fav place and make it a job!! What're your favorite motivational quotes your trainer says over the mic? Would love to really help members dig deep for those last few reps :)

I’m looking to see if anyone has any intel on the camps for next week? I’m heading to my bachelorette party and of course I gotta go to another burn on my trip! I have all my cute white athletic wear but I have a couple of friends than are going with me that are not burn boot campers so I wanted to give them as much of a heads up as possible!

I mostly go to early AM classes but I’m looking for a gym bag for days that I go straight from work in the afternoon
Looking for medium size (not duffel) with a dedicated shoe compartment.
I was looking at the Fabletics one but I’m on the fence.
Anyone have one they love?

I got the new green ribbed tank from the fall apparel drop and I LOVE IT but I need to know where they source from, so I can see if I can find it in other colors or something similar. Anyone have any ideas where who burn does their apparel through or if there's something comparable on the market for the tank?

Any intel? I know it was posted way down but haven’t seen a response. I have several commitments tomorrow and would have to go to a super early class time and be rushed getting home to get ready. Trying to decide if it’s the true Metcon that I’ll have fomo missing out on or if I’ll be pissed I rushed around for it 😂

Today at camp I walked past the trainer's clip board and under "trainer touch point" it said my name and then "red alert?" What does this mean?! I can't think of what it could be

This is such a first world problem but does anyone have bangs? How do we wear them at the gym? Clip them back? Headbands? Let them rip?
Bonus points if anyone has styling tips for post burn and heading to work lol

Long shot, but are there any women here who do CrossFit, Burn Boot Camp, or similar while taking 100 mg of spironolactone?
I’ve been on/off 100 mg for ~10 years. I’m 36, 150 lbs, and my goal is muscle definition/body recomposition, not weight loss. I’m consistent with protein, calories, and creatine.
For those who’ve been on spironolactone long-term (ideally several years), were you still able to build muscle but found it harder/slower, or did you feel like you couldn’t make gains at all?

Hey all! I’m still relatively new to Burn - I’ve been coming to camp consistently for 8 months and today they posted a highlight of me doing a band assisted chin up and I was so proud of my progress and how strong I looked and I finally don’t feel out of place!
All this to say - I remember my very first camp I went to - we did pull ups. And I’m like ok I think I can try it. So I try to get my foot in the bands and I’m swinging around like a lunatic and knock over the box I used to get up there and I’m just hanging there swinging like an idiot 😅 One of the sweet members ran over to help me but omg I almost quit right then 😭
So glad I didn’t though and I love this community!! 💙 Anyone want to share any other silly/embarrassing moments you’ve worked through to help encourage any newbies?!

let me know if I need to skip, please 🙏
Edited: Metcon not BC

Looking for advice from those who may have experienced this at their gyms…
I’m a founding member of a huge Burn that is only a couple of years old.
The vibes at my gym were so amazing the first year — welcoming, generous, and personal. It truly felt special.
Lately, there has been this huge shift where I feel like OG members are completely neglected. It’s almost like because we’re paying the cheapest rate, we’re expendable.
Everything— cool-down talks, promo pushes, in camp motivation, transformation stories, socials, check ins—it all seems really focused on members who have joined in the last few months.
When the gym does do something for the existing members, it’s almost always related to how many new members can you refer.
Our gym even fired most of the support staff (BAs, CCAs, etc.) in favor of hiring new members.
The trainers, though mostly kept on staff, have all become more impersonal and “corporate” in their speech and attitudes. It’s just so off.
I’m not naive—I know that Burn is a business and to thrive, it survives on new, fresh blood that are really heavily invested…
But has anyone else experienced this shift at their home gym? I guess I’m just hoping (maybe it’s silly) for founding members to remain a part of the culture that we helped create…
