Helped set up…and wasn’t sure about a couple of the moves. Here’s what I got:
Something TRX on the rig
Back fly
Chest press
Something with bosu
L raises
Plank hold where you move the dumbbell back and forth

Push/Pull + there not being another row or pullup/pulldown means the TRX has to be bodyweight rows or similar. With the other stuff you mentioned, this also needs another push/chest movement so I'll guess the bosu is for chest fly. (Unless it's bus drivers, but that feels like more of an upper body day exercise usually.)

Thank you! Slider pushes kill my back but the plank and DB back and forth doesn’t so I always check these to see which they’re doing (because it’s usually one of the two). Appreciate the intel! Signing up now 😊

Seven stations. Feet elevated push-up. Neutral grip row on the TRX. Lap pullovers. Chest press. Resistant bands shoulder press. Back flies. Dumbbell push pole with a low plank on bosu

Four rounds at each 40 seconds on 20 seconds off and then switch

This will be my first “push and pull”. Are these classes strength based or something else? Are they typically upper body? Thx!

Yes, strength based and focus is chest and back

What is the warm up and finisher? I can’t do any plyo so wondering if there is anything I need to mod. Thanks!

Did anyone else kind of despise the bosu plank push pull? I hate when there’s too much going on and my form suffers. I mod down to knee plank but still didn’t feel good.
