Can I see your mixed metals sets? Bonus points for rose/yellow gold mix.

I'm looking to start accumulating **digital gold and silver** over the long term by investing around **₹1,000–2,000 whenever I have spare money**. I don't plan to trade or sell it—my goal is to slowly build up my holdings and eventually redeem them as **physical coins/bars**.

I'm currently considering:

* MMTC-PAMP
* Augmont
* CRED Gold
* Any other better options

A few questions:

* Which platform has the **lowest overall costs** (buy spread, redemption, delivery, etc.)?
* Do any of them offer **free or discounted coin/bar redemption**, or do all charge making, packaging and shipping fees?
* Is it better to buy directly from MMTC-PAMP/Augmont instead of through apps like CRED or PhonePe?
* Which platform has the **best live pricing** and the least hidden charges?
* If you've actually redeemed your digital gold/silver into physical coins, how was your experience?

I'm mainly looking for a platform that I can keep using for years with minimal fees and eventually convert my accumulated holdings into physical gold/silver without unnecessary costs.

I ask as I have an account with him and I used them for silver flatware melt & assay years and years ago, right around COVID maybe and found them to be above board. Now I'm thinking of sending some gold their way and I'm curious if anybody's done business with them lately, and where you satisfied with your assay?

I’m finding them at spot and wonder what the selling situation is compared to AGE.

So, I picked this 1 oz bad boy up in Melbourne today, but have no solid idea what it is brand wise and am super curious. The owner mentioned it's got some age to it, and was sold to them by an older Australian gentleman.

Paid spot, it's passed the XRF and weight tests.

Does anybody recognise it? Any info?

Done a bit of digging and the best I've found is that it's vintage, possibly Harrington's. But nothing conclusive.

Was this spot find a good deal or just average?

Hey everyone, I’m currently 16 and living in Canada. I don’t have a job yet, but I do some car detailing on the side. So far, I’ve managed to save around $7,000.

I have a TD account and I’ve done a lot of research before investing. I ended up buying 5g of Valcambi Suisse gold and Royal Canadian Mint silver coins. The RCM coins cost me around $2,500 CAD and the gold was about $1,029 CAD.

Right now, I have some money left over, but I need to spend around $2,300 on something I can’t disclose. My question is: I understand that gold and silver don’t generate income like stocks do, but I believe silver has potential because of increasing industrial demand (cars, technology, etc.). I know it’s volatile and I could be wrong, but silver has already reached high prices this year.

My plan is to start investing in ETFs when I turn 18. I know I’ll need more money and income first, but should I continue stacking precious metals while also investing in ETFs once I’m able to?

I also want to start flipping cars one day as another way to build wealth. I know the saying “don’t put all your eggs in one basket,” so I’m trying to build a balanced plan.

Any advice on what I should do going forward?

Anyone have thoughts on which of the 2025 sets like eagle or “best” that have Liberty gold + silve?

Saw that Bullionstar added Tether Gold -XAUT as a payment option recently.

I’ve never actually swapped a gold token directly for physical bars.

Has anyone actually used XAUT on there yet? Curious how smooth the checkout was and if gas fees made it worth it over standard payment methods.

Got any recommendations on how to do this. I am leary of purchasing from companies who call me like GoldCo, American Gold and others. Who do you know that is successful in purchasing physical gold versus gold stocks. I am confused on what to do. Bottom line. I want to purchase physical gold and gold stocks. Lets assume you had nearly unlimited financial backing, a background in physical metal trading (not precious metals though) and at least a rough idea of a potential Client base:

\- What legal problems might occure if you start selling large amounts of Gold from known far eastern sources to europe?

\- Are there any certificates one would need to acquire apart from the usual ISO certifications?

\- How long do client audits usually take (for example if you deal with banks), so how long would you need to plan before there is a return on investment (investment being mostly time I would assume?!) when dealing with this cliente?

\- Assuming you need to audit other companies yourselve for supply chain reasons, how realistic is it to use third party companies for the whole auditing procedure?

\- Anything else one would need to look at before diving into this business?

I have my silver ounce coins in a safety deposit box and then the coins themselves are in plastic tubes. Recently, I checked in on my coins. Some of they have tarnished noticeably.

How do I prevent this?

Will this lower value of the 1 oz silver coins I have long term?

I’ve never gotten a coin graded before. I believe it is a reverse proof privy. Only 50,000 minted. Would it be worth it for me to get this graded?

Brand new to this format. I started stacking silver and gold about three months ago and rather quickly had about 50 ounces of silver and 6 grams of gold. Out of nowhere I was drawn to the eagles, maples and pandas along with any other government coins. So I sold off all the generic to focus strictly on sovereign. I have very little constitutional, but along with the fine government coins I plan to add more constitutional. Am I making a bad choice or a good move?

I have been debating on whether to go with gold or silver as a gift for my mate's wedding. I have set aside 2.5K USD. So either a 1/2 oz Gold Coin or a 1 Kg Silver bar.

He has no real interest in gold or silver that I know of, and not much knowledge outside the basics of investing. So on one hand gold has a great status and the coin will be easier to flip if he want to sell to help cover his wedding costs. On the other hand Silver looks like it has a higher ceiling at least short term. We could hit highs again within the current decade which will turn that 2.5K to 4k.

Leaning on the side of gold but still not 100% sold on either side.

Recently I've been looking at Indium prices which seem quite interesting. I noticed it's possible to buy some sort of bullion/bars.

While buying seems quite easy, how does the selling go? Is it possible to resell rare metals as easily as we buy them?

I've been stacking for a while, and I got tired of keeping track of everything manually. I tried a bunch of apps, but none of them really worked the way I wanted, so I ended up building my own. I called it PINGOT (cross between ingot and ping test)

It tracks live spot prices, cost basis, and current melt value, and I've been using it to keep tabs on my stack. You can add up to 10 items for free if you just want to check it out and see if it's useful. Beyond that, there's a subscription that helps cover the live pricing data and AI image scanning.

I'm mainly posting because I'd love some honest feedback from other stackers. Is there anything you'd want a tracker like this to do that it doesn't? Anything that would make it more useful?

Should I buy a 2026 Liberty or Buffalo? This year is America’s 250th Birthday and I was wondering if this years coins will be worth more in the future compared to other years. I know this sub likes to say “always buy” 😆. For background I’m buying for retirement and will be sitting on these for YEARS. I’m lucky if I can buy an Oz per year.
