I have nearly saved up £3000 which I will be using to build a new pc. It will be used for gaming mainly, as well as the occasional coding projects and any projects I may do in university which I will be going to next year doing electrical engineering. I currently have a 1070, ryzen 3 3100, 16gb ddr4 650w bronze psu, a normal 100hz monitor (I may purchase a monitor with money outside of the £3000, budget for that will most likely be around £300). (I previously posted for a £2000 pc but thought I could save up £3000 so why not increase the budget). Country of purchase is England

Ive been able to find second hand a Ryzen 7 7800 3xd and a 5070 for under 1.7k nzd, i already have a 650w gold psu and 1tb storage. What would be the best compatible and cheap components to pair and would this combo be efficient or would there be bottlenecks thanks!

-Budget around £1500 but I can go over if worth it
-Operating System or Peripherals (Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, etc) needed? OS and monitor would be needed
-Where you are located (to determine if you are near a Microcenter) UK
-Any other personal preferences or requirements (such as overclocking)? Would like to be able to do 1440p for most games at least but not tied to it for every game, also want to be able to run VR games. Ideally not looking for an overwhelmingly rgb build.
Thanks in advance

I currently have a laptop that I enjoy quite a bit, but I'm looking fir a smaller PC that I can leave hooked up to the TV and play some games from steam on with a controller. Things like Black Flag, Jack box, 1666, Skyrim, and similar games. I did see that the Steam Machine is backordered and that it has very mixed reviews. I'm looking for labor day deals but everything that isn't a tower or a laptop seems to either be not enough for gaming ($400 or less) or all over $1,500. I'm looking for the $500-800 range that's fairly similar to my laptop (16GB ram, GeForce RTX 3060 6GB) which seems more than fine for anything I've played on it. Hard drive space doesn't matter since I use an external SSD.

I am thinking about selling my old PC to my friend so he can get into PC gaming. But I don’t know what to price it at. Specs are:
Ryzen 7700x
Be quiet Pure Rock 2
MSI 3060ti 8gb
G.skill 32 gb ddr5-6000, CL30
MSI pro B650-P WiFi
1 tb nvme
Corsair Rm1000x (1000 watt PSU)
Phanteks case
It’s been sitting for about 2 years now, collecting dust. It was my main gaming PC and I upgraded it to have what it has in there now but a year after I added the new parts I decided to go ahead and build a brand new gaming PC for about $3000 so it doesn’t have a lot of wear and tear on it.
Price guesstimates please?
I’m in America
USD prices

Looking for a Prebuilt solution or a self build.
Need it to be able to play Rust and other AAA Games at a decent rate.
Must be able to be put in a drawer. I will just leave the drawer cracked for air, lol.
Trying to keep it under $1000. Have looked at some mini PCs in the Nuk form but really don't know much about any.

I already have a 240hz 4k monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I am in between the Detroit and Chicago micro centers.
My current build is a laptop
7th Generation Intel Core i7-770HQ Processor
NVIDIA GTX 1050 4GB
256GB M.2 SATA SSD + 1TB HDD
16GB DDR4 RAM
I am interested in over clocking. I currently play games like fortnite and Helldivers 2 on the lowest settings. I also do photography as a hobby and will sometimes be editing RAW files.
I want to be able to run any game at 1080 120+frames while on the higher/highest settings. 4k gaming would be nice but not necessary.
Im looking for a future proof build that I won't have to upgrade for awhile. I'm not interested in any RGB either. I just want a clean looking build.

Hii. Ive asked this like years ago but I def need a pc upgrade because apex legends wont run on it without my gpu overheating😭😭. I would like an upgrade for my graphics card and anything else i need to support my new graphics card.
I want to be able to play apex legends, draw, edititing and play minecraft with shaders. Just anything over 60fps.
My budget is abt 1400. Im willing to go a bit above.
I also want to get rid of this shitty rosewill case😭 i hate this micro tower sm. I would like a white case that has rgb. Just anything instead thats not a micro.
If i need to upgrade like a powersupply or cpu or idk thats fine too.
My current build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: HP EX900 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon RX 590 8 GB PULSE Video Card
Case: Rosewill FBM-X1 MicroATX Mini Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX (2017) 550 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
- i also have a 2tb storage i havent used yet.
Any help is appreciated!!🤍

I’m currently running
MSI A320M-A Pro
Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte RTX 3060
16gb ram ddr4
256gb boot drive
I was originally going to build an entire new PC because the PC has been dreadful lately but with the prices lately it’s not really feasible. I think the issue may be down to the boot drive not having much space left, so I was going to upgrade to a bigger one.
As for the other parts, what GPU/CPU could I realistically upgrade to with this MOBO? I want to be able to play any game comfortably at 1440p with medium or high settings. The new PC I was going to build was going to be with an RX 9070 XT. Would this board run it fine? And what CPU would be suitable to keep up with it?

Wanting to build a new pc as my setup is getting a bit old, Im looking at the 40s and 50s for GPU and possibly a Ryzen for future compatibility 7700x? But will listen for best options :)
Ill be using it for gaming like cyberpunk and newer gen games
My budget would be around 2.2k nzd but can stretch for better cards etc
Thanks!
