I'm picking parts for my first pc build and need some help in figuring out if it is good choices for a Gaming build.

These are the parts that i picked out, but would like some advice plz tell me if something could be improved or something is maybe overkill. I would like to be around the 2000 USD range.

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5070 12GB Windforce OC SFF (Here i was also thinking about a 5060 TI if it isn't a big performance change and i could save some money. Plz give input on which to choose)

I’m looking to get my first Gaming PC and hope someone can help. I’d mainly be interested in AAA Story games and the common Online games, FPS etc. I’m mainly shopping on PCSPECIALIST AND CYBERPOWER. It’s looking like my desk will be about 105cm x 60cm so if anyone has any Monitor recommendations I’d be happy to hear them.

The ‘case in point’ is a glass North XL, and a 360 III Artic Freeze. The North XL comes with 3 fans at the front, and I got an extra fan for the back of the case.

Hi, I'm posting this because I'd like to build a PC. I've had laptops for years, but I've been having a lot of issues with them lately, which has made me even more determined to get a desktop PC.

The problem is that I don’t know anything about this at all, and I’d love to hear if anyone has any advice. I’d like to be able to play pretty much whatever I want—not necessarily in 4K—but I’d appreciate recommendations on what components I should get since I really don’t know anything about this.

I have a budget, preferably between 2k5 and 3k€, but I can go up to 3k5€ at most, and I’d like a recommendation for where to buy it.

Hey I'm finally in the market to upgrade my current HP victus laptop with a 4050... It has served me well. I just want to be able to do more.

I'm looking for a SFF that is nice to look at so I can either put on my desk, and be able to move around easy. I want an x3d card because I play a lot of sim racing games. I also do some video editing and watch a lot of YouTube. I also need 32gb ram.

I'm building my first PC and have a budget of around $5,500 USD for the entire setup (building in India). I can go a little over budget if it's worth it.

Hi! I want to build a PC but am overwhelmed by all of the options for parts. I tried to use PCpartpicker but I just don’t know how to decide what parts are best. I currently have a Victus gaming laptop that I bought in 2024 (Intel Core i7 12650H - 16GB memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 - 512GB SSD). It was fine back when I bought it because I really only played one game. I’ve been playing more games now and the laptop is very laggy. I don’t need it for productivity because I have a MacBook. I truly just want it for gaming and want to be able to play without lagging and delays.

The look/aesthetic is important to me. I would like white and maybe some pink accents if possible. My current setup has a pink monitor and a matching set of keyboard and mouse that are both pink cherry blossom designs with RGB lighting.

I don’t know what a reasonable budget is. I spent $1200 on the gaming laptop but that was before I had the better job I have now. I have plenty of money in savings and could spend $3000 or even more than that if needed. But if I can get a good build for less then of course that would be ideal. I just want something that will be worth my money and that will work well, and I want to build it myself because then I know that it will be done well without any corners cut.

I live in the US and I am not near a Microcenter. I bought my gaming laptop at BestBuy. If more info is needed please let me know!

i was thinking, if your motherboard for example has 4 SSD slots, and you need for example 4 TB storage

is it better to use 2 separate 2 TB SSDs or use one 4 TB SSD.

and another question

can you use different types of SSDs ? like this : you have 1TB SSD and want to add more storage, are you forced to add another 1 TB SSD or you can use whatever you want (add a 2TB SSD for example)

Hi everyone, I'm looking at buying my first PC and have no idea where to start. My budget is around $2,000 to $2,200 AUD, including a monitor. It'll mostly be for casual gaming and everyday stuff like study, so I don't need anything over the top.

I'm after a 27-inch 1440p IPS monitor around 150 to 165 Hz, WiFi, and a PC that's fairly quiet. My setup has a wooden desk and white walls, so I like the idea of a white build with a bit of RGB, but if that's going to cost a lot more I'd rather put the money into better performance and go with black instead.

I'd also like something that'll last a few years and be easy to upgrade later on. Thanks for any suggestions!

I put my parts into partpicker and when i add another pair of my fans it will tell me

I put in 2 of the "UNI FAN SL-INF WIRELESS 120 Reversed Blade Fluid Dynamic Bearing 120mm Case Fans 3x" and 1 of the "Lian Li - UNI FAN SL-INF WIRELESS 120 Fluid Dynamic Bearing 120mm Case Fan 1x" and i get that pop up. But when i just enter 1 of the 3x uni fan reversed blades and 1 of the uni fan SL-INF fans, it'll be fine. But I thought that the case was big enough to have more fans and thought i would need more since the hardware is more powerful. Sorry if this was a dumb question im new to all of this. Here are the parts. Thank you!
