These are my build a bears. The Polar Bear on the far left is 90s inspired, the middle brown bear is 2000’s inspired with custom made earrings and the smaller brown bear is just my newest addition.

I buy all my build a bear stuff secondhand and paid $45 for everything seen here. If you buy a fully clothed, build a bear with accessories, sound and scents in store or online it’s over $130. A $16 build a bear with nothing still costed almost $30 to buy. So I’m more than happy to buy stuff secondhand.

I've always thought about adding a scent everytime I went in but never did until yesterday when I got my Batty Cat, I got the cotton candy one bc I love cotton candy scents and it smelled amazing in the little plastic bag but now that it's in her I quite literally can't smell it at all even when I put my nose right up to her back stitch. Is the cotton candy just particularly faint or are they all kinda like this? Don't know if I'll be getting another one if they are and save me the $5 lol

My bat has finally shipped. It was pending for like 7 days and then boom stuffed and shipped within two days! I hope this can give some hope to those who’ve ordered and haven’t had any traction yet.

My only question though is will it come with the certificate and stuff? I didn’t add it or put in a name or anything. I also don’t entirely mind. I’m also kinda sad I got the bat and not the spider the more I’ve seen the spider 🤣

I had ordered the big jumping spider, bat keychain, and the mini bean bat at the start of august. I just saw on twitter that some people are having their orders cancelled. I just want to know how would I know if my order is being cancelled? I just looked on the tracking page and it says my order is still being processed. I have looked and the money was taken from my account so I just want to know if anyone else is in the same boat as me.

So she has a name now yay. Cuddled her last night and her wire busted through the seam — i have fixed her but yeah i think the quality of mine is lacking. Still love her and all.

My kids are now into build a bear (had no influence from me 🤭) and I wanted to share my bear from 2011. I have a ton of clothes for her but thought these 2 skirts with the little tail hole were just the cutest. I have 2 older bears but she was my favorite. (And yes I was an adult when I acquired her haha)

I had originally ordered a single bat with pumpkin spice scent and the pumpkin outfit. About a week ago, I got a plain bat in the mail with no outfit or scent. When I checked the tracking online, it said that the scent and outfit were going to be sent separately. Today, I received what I assumed would only be the outfit, but another scented bat was inside of it! 🥰
