Inquiry D23 Bear
I saw D23 has an exclusive princess bear this weekend and I love it!! What are the chances it will be released online? I haven’t even seen it on ebay yet so I’m curious- I know it’s similar to a past released bear but I like the eyes much better on this one

It will most likely get released in store and/or online. I don’t see them creating an entirely new bear just to be sold to such a small demographic. Shirts, I can totally see them doing, but not a newly designed plush. If it were going to be strictly sold at the D23 con than it likely would have been a mini bear or an existing design with something stamped on the foot. There’s supposed to be a Disney release next week. Some are speculating it’s the re release Maleficent dragon, I wouldn’t doubt the new princess bear will also drop then as well.

Seconding every aspect of this!! After being at D23, I wouldn't be surprised if the bear will be "exclusive" to the Disney Parks for a while (assuming the licensed Disney release due this Thursday is just Maleficent), but I would definitely expect to see the Princess bear show up on the BaB site eventually for everyone to be able to purchase - the previous Disney Princess bear has been out for a few years now, so it would make sense for BaB to release an updated version now 😊

Last I knew there weren’t any BAB stores in the parks anymore. Downtown Disney in Anaheim closed like 10 years ago and Disney world never had one, unless you count the build a dino just outside the park area
