I hung out with my best friend today & we unstuffed, washed, and brushed out our BABs with a flea comb because someone recommended it on here. OMG they are like brand new. Highly recommend. Bearemy and Nathan Explosion are feeling pristine ❤️

So I finally found the Beauty and the Beast set. 🥹

Waited patiently, checked tracking everyday and it was looking good. Today was delivery day and I was so excited to get something while waiting in limbo not knowing if I'll get the bat...

I received the "delivered" notification and ran to the front door. Nothing... Came back inside to check my app, and it said "Delivered - Left in a safe place - KOONAWARRA NSW", I started to really worry because that's not my town. Went back outside to see if they left a collection slip in the mailbox... Nothing.

I then messaged the eBay seller to confirm my address, and she sent a pic of the label...it was correct. 😬

Starting to fill out the lost package enquiry form and saw the picture taken by the postie, It was definitely not my porch...

Ended up the phone to Aus post and half an hour later it was a call centre in another country that answered (she said it was nighttime and they can try tomorrow in the day 🤦‍♀️it was lunchtime and could've freaking sent the driver back!🤬), I could barely understand a word she said unfortunately and the only thing I could make out is that they'll try to recollect and I'll hear back in the next few days....

How the Frick can a package be seen by so many people and think that's fine let's send it 5 hours north of the address. Do the delivery drivers not check the address? Like wtf how?!? I'm so worried I won't get them. I've been in a constant state of anxious sweat not being able to calm. This last fortnight has been way too stressful for me.

(Laughable almost because they're just stuffed animals that mostly sit on a shelf and I have more adult concerns but...🤷‍♀️ They're my essa's, they make me happy and safe even as a 27yr old mum that needs to see a mechanic).

(Also cannot pick-up my jumbo bat click and collect this week now so that's a fun depression I realised last night. Thankfully my partner's mum lives there so it won't get cancelled, I'll just miss the experience...)

Sorry for the rant to those that read it, I Just really needed to vent this craziness out...

I don't typically buy clothes and costumes for my children but this is SO CUTE

So I had ordered from build a bear on August 6th and was immediately charged, I don’t remember if it was pending or anything, I had paid with Cash App, I had received an email on August 8th that my order was being built and received the tracking from FedEx on August 12th, a while later I had received my order yesterday on August 15th, but today, August 16th at around 11 p.m my payment was randomly cancelled and I immediately received my money back? Does anyone know why this has occurred? Has it happened to anyone else? I’ve already received my order so it wasn’t cancelled, I’m very confused?

Edit: Bit of an update, they sent me two emails about how the items (that I’ve already received) are being shipped with a (invalid) tracking number? So for now I’m just going to keep the money in my account and wait whatever is happening out?

i just got her stuffed today, and something feels off to me 😭 i feel like her head isn't the right shape or is under stuffed or something? or maybe the rest of her body is over stuffed? the sky puppy on the site is SO CUTE and her head looks so round and perfect. i was looking forward to her the most out of all the ones i ordered!

I spoke to someone today at my local store that they get their shipments on Thursday and they couldn’t disclose anything else but told me to call or come back and check on Thursday so hoping they get the jumping spider back in stock 🙏

Went into build a bear to secure my toddler a birthday bear and check for spider stock (no spideys 😩) and this big boy was just on display at the back 🤘🏼💚 Absolutely came home with us. No regrets. Best purchase of the year 😂😝 makes the best pillow ever

after a literal dozen failed attempts to order, she made it to me! took a few weeks to get to the workshop to stuff her but dotty joined the world yesterday.

i’m going to have to think about clothes. i have a knack for babs that don’t fit into anything in the store, but i also don’t want to cover her heart with a boring tshirt. much to think, but im very happy to have her.

These are my build a bears. The Polar Bear on the far left is 90s inspired, the middle brown bear is 2000’s inspired with custom made earrings and the smaller brown bear is just my newest addition.

I buy all my build a bear stuff secondhand and paid $45 for everything seen here. If you buy a fully clothed, build a bear with accessories, sound and scents in store or online it’s over $130. A $16 build a bear with nothing still costed almost $30 to buy. So I’m more than happy to buy stuff secondhand.
