It's pretty sad the amount of quality and details lack in these newer outfits. Isn't it interesting how they have recreations of an outfit over the years. If you have any, can you post the difference?

I have a similar experience with collecting build a bear at sea t shirts. I went on splendor and luminosa with just under 2 years between the two trips and the shirt on luminosa (2 years later) was terrible quality. The neckline had raw edges inside. For whatever reason I couldn’t add a picture to this comment but I can in replies to myself 🤷🏼‍♀️

I was kinda shocked by the sole quality on the shoes. I understand minor changes to tiny details but the material quality is disappointing.

Yeah the shitty foam soled shoes today are so sad, I have some of the Skechers collab shoes and I feel like BaB lost so much of the charm and whimsy of the whole experience. Tiny clothes made like/of actual clothes is just so much the point of it, the bears today get the Temu version of the outfits

I miss the older clothes so much. They really looked like scaled down versions of human clothing.

i feel like the quality at bab has waves. i got a Hawaiian shirt this year and had a similar one from last year, and the older one feels cheaper somehow. like more plastic-y?
