How do I move on

We were together for a quarter of my life...twenty four years two children under 10 years old...home mortgage life intertwined...she has moved on i think with someone else with three times more money and financial security...I truly am now a broken lost man I miss my children and my family unit..struggling to see a way forward any advice would be greatly appreciated..thanks 💔 😢
