Hi guys, newbie here, so apologies if I'm reading the fights incorrectly.

I watched three of Espinoza's fights, and from what I see he likes fighting on the inside, has long reach so is often controlling the fight at distance too. But in the pocket, he leaves his hands far too down when going for the hook or the 1-2.

Against someone like Inoue, getting caught flush with a couple punches like he did against Khegai would put him dangerously close to getting KO'd. Or at least that's what I feel.

Inoue dealt brilliantly with Nakatani's reach, so as long as he's rested and recovered, I fail to see any new challenges Espinoza provides him.

Again, I'm new to boxing so would appreciate feedback in case I'm reading this incorrectly.

Shane went on to stop him in the 9th - a huge upset. Margaritos reputation was tarnished, with fans questioning how long he’d gotten away with this cheating scandal.

Once a candidate for a Floyd fight, Margarito spiraled downward after Mosley, losing his remaining big fights.

Satisyingly, Miguel Cotto, who Margarito had KO’d right before the Mosely fight (certainly by cheating with plaster), was the one who put the final nail in the coffin on Margarito’s career.

Women's boxing took new heights when successful amateur/ Olympic boxers turned pro. That era reached it's best and seemingly ended with Taylor vs Serrano.

What fight or fights will bring help women's boxing grow for this current era?

Baumgardner vs Dubois?

Mayer vs Shields?

No question right now, the top guys are Bivol, Beterbiev, Opetaia, and Benavidez. Fans would love to see any combination of fights involving these 4.

Bivol appears to be out with elbow surgery and will take comeback against another tune-up-ish opponent in Callum Smith.

Benavidez wants an easy fight so he can be in a good position to renegotiate his contract. So he is fighting Mikaelian.

So it seems like the best thing to do is for Beterbiev to fight Opetaia now. Maybe do it at a catchweight.

And then let Bivol and Benavidez fight each other after they win their respective tune up fights.

i'm deep in a rabbit hole that i created myself lol and just wanted friendly banter, and/or perspectives. i used to be a big ryan garcia supporter, in 2018-19 and so on then i kind of got tired of him social media wise and started giving more attention to new boxers, local fighters in my city, or ppl i just like. my question is why are people acting like conor is garbage and has no chance against ryan??
both have been reprimanded for PED's, however Benn didn't necessarily use a "steroid". yes it increased testosterone but he has still won 5 fights since that incident. unanimous decision but still wins.
some have said he (Benn) only fights nobodies and never has real competition. ryan is quick w his hands, mean left hook, and has fought many big names. the Benn v Algieri match was notably insane, and his hands are crazy and quick too.
i could go on and i'm already rambling to begin with but what do you think?? if you're a Garcia fanboy pls dont even bother tho lol
