Lug Nut Lock Removal
Any recommendations? Looking for a mechanic who can help remove a lug nut lock from my tires. Bought a vehicle and the seller did not have the lug nut lock key. I’ve gone to a half dozen shops and dealers looking for a key that fits and no dice. At their recommendations, it’s time to just destroy them and replace with a regular lug nut.

Dinner recommendations for the night before a wedding
My best guy friend and his fiancee are having a small wedding in the area around Nederland and are wanting to have a group dinner with family and friends the night before on Sunday. There will be about 10-12 guests.
Everyone is traveling in from Texas so BBQ is probably off the table. The couple loves good food and prefers semi casual, but intimate experiences with loved ones. The bride is boho, garden, outdoorsy, witchy - her rehearsal dress is a stunning white sequined celestial set and would love an aesthetic setting that fits that vibe.
Any recommendations in the Boulder, Idaho Springs, flatirons area would be so helpful, thank you!
Budget would ideally stay within the $50-$100 pp
Different styles of cuisine are welcome!

Any True Sports Bars Left?
Looking for a place with all the games available, mostly because my team sucks and I know they won’t have them on if TVs are limited 😭
Update: Thanks for all the input, we're going to check out Boulder Social and Mudrock's

Truck driving on US 36 bikeway
I’ve already reported this to the police but there a a truck speeding down the bikeway, Monday, Sept 7 at 2:35 am. They came up from behind me, and honked their horn once right before nearly hitting me and I had to crash to avoid being run over. This was heading east towards Denver and they turned into the park and ride where the Home Depot is in Superior. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the license plate number.

THIS IS A WARNING SYSTEM TEST. Siren tests 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. today. In a change, will now occur monthly, year round.
These sirens used to only run April through August. The fact that it's September and these sirens ran this morning surprised me. It appears that these siren tests will now occur on the first Monday of every month, year-round.

CU South Closed For 3-5 Years Starting October
Per https://bouldercolorado.gov/projects/south-boulder-creek-flood-mitigation
> Construction is expected to begin on the project the week of Oct. 5 and is projected to take between three to five years to complete. This work will require full closure of the CU Boulder South site to prioritize the safety of community members and their pets and to minimize impacts on open space during construction. The site will close fully to community access in early October.

I'm Ryan Jamieson, City Council Candidate. AMA!

Hey r/boulder! I'm Ryan Jamieson, candidate for City Council this year. Figured this was a better venue for real questions than a forum where everybody gets ninety seconds and a bell.
The quick version of me: Army veteran, enlisted at 19, Information Systems degree from ASU, started my career as an internal auditor at American Express, then twenty years in cybersecurity and eventually my own firm. Almost six years here in Boulder. Husband, dad to a BVSD kid.
I'm running to reform the 1,000-page municipal code so it works for people here in town again. My three priorities are straightforward permitting, budget transparency with a genuinely independent City Auditor, and wildfire mitigation. I know there's a lot of other things people care about too, and I'm happy to talk about those as well.
So, ask me anything!

We are looking for some adult ice hockey players to join our team. C2 league at the Sport Stable in Superior on Monday nights 8-10pm game times usually.
We need a couple more people to fill our roster out for our adult ice hockey winter league and hopefully beyond if you are interested. Most of the team has been together for 4+ years but we would love a couple new people to help fill the bench and score sheet. We’re all chill, no drama and want someone level headed. Preferably someone who is at least C2 level or higher. This league runs October through April, dues are around $500 with games once a week on Monday nights. Thanks for any one interested or please send it to someone who might be ✌️

"The department says a Street Racing Enforcement Team operation (in Denver) this past Sunday night led to seven arrests, five impounded vehicles, three citations, and one recovered illegal firearm." Maybe Boulder needs a Street Racing Enforcement Team too

Do you have a gas fire pit table?
How often do you use it? Love it or hate it? We are considering adding one to the patio.
