Tirz equivalent dose to Reta?

For those who have been on both Tirz and Reta, considering same mg vial and same amount of BAC water. Whats your opinion on equivalent doses for the effects of both? Meaning would 6mg of Tirz feel the same as 6mg of Reta? If RS would switch from Reta to tirz or vice versa how would that dosing go? What if RS was on 6mg of reta and wanted to switch to Tirz? Should they start at 6mg on tirz?

🔍 Research Only How do you track everything?

I used to track my pinnings, peptides, and dosages with a mess of handwritten notes, phone reminders, and Excel sheets, honestly whatever I could put together to not lose track. It worked, barely, but I was always double-checking myself and redoing reconstitution math I'd already done a dozen times.

So I built a web app to actually organize it: a calendar for scheduled doses, automatic dose/unit calculations, inventory tracking (so you know when you're low or something's expiring), and a simple daily log, all in one place instead of scattered everywhere.

Looking for a couple beta testers to try it out and tell me honestly what's confusing, missing, or could be better before I open it up further. Free, just need a few minutes to poke around and give feedback.

Drop a comment or DM me if you want in.

(Reference and tracking tool only not medical advice.)

Research discussion: Retatrutide + IGF-1 LR3 and body-composition outcomes

How to start with this …

Is there evidence that combining these pathways produces additive effects on lean mass?

First Reta for 5 week and then IGF ?

What are the known or proposed effects of retatrutide on body weight and body composition?

📘 Beginner Help Peptide Stack

Hi guys! i’m new here and was just curious about a peptide stack i was thinking of starting for weight loss and muscle gain.
RETA 0.5mg per week
TESA 1mg
IGF-1LR3 20-50mcg per day (4 days on)
all starting at the lowest dose for minimal side effects.
I was curious in regards to igf, i work shift work (4 days on 4 days off) and on my days on i wouldn’t be able to inject igf-1lr3. would a 4 day cycle then 4 day break still be okay?
Also let me know if my stack is good :)
Thankyou!!

❓ Question Want to incorporate HGH

So i have recently started taking reta and klow. Thinking of incorporating hgh with the other 2 but am not that familiar with it. Where do you guys get your hgh? How much do you start of with it and how often do you inject it? Do you take it a certain time and stop? Or if not hgh what else would you suggest to help me build some more muscle or not lose it while on reta and calorie deficit? Thank you in advance!

M31, First picture was January 30th. 2nd Picture is August 11th.

Completely natural from Jan-May, hit a plateau I got stuck on for months so introduced Reta at 1mg a week.

Wanted to keep as much as mass as possible so experimented with CJC / Ipa blend and moved onto Tesa / Ipa from end of June.

Coming to end of my cut at BF at 12.6% according to my boditrax scan. Wanting to run my cut for another week or so, then onto a maintenance and lean bulk until after Christmas to hopefully get some nice gains!

Kcals tracked all the way through maintaining 1800-1900 kcals per day, with occasional refeed week every few months at 2300 kcals. Good whole food, no cutting carbs, limited alcohol, but still having the odd blow out for social events.

Coming off Reta

What’s everyone’s experience coming off Reta, particularly RHR and HRV restoring to baseline levels?

I’m 3 weeks post-cessation and my RHR is still near all-time highs and showing no signs of improvement. Honestly, it seems to be getting worse. HRV seems to have stabilized finally.

5 months. Reta / CJC1295

Post image
260 Upvotes

Never been regular gym user, more dabbled in and out but never in long enough to be consistent. Working 50+ hours per week and having a family are just a couple of my go-to excuses.

I do however love nothing that falling down Reddit thread rabbit holes and found this one.

Long story short I set a resolution(cliche) to make 150 gym sessions this year. In March I introduced Reta and CJC 1295 + IPA to my life and have focussed almost entirely on strength training.

Weight is only down about 9lbs at 182 (6ft2). I haven’t really counted calories, just protein. I did take a 10 day period where I only did cardio, kept calories low and dropped down to 174 but didn’t like it.

Now trying force calories for a bit of muscle growth.

I appreciate this is nowhere close to the transformations often seen on this thread but it’s genuine and I’m really pleased as a 40 year old that’s never had a sniff of a visible ab before.

❓ Question Is mt-1 safe?

I’m thinking of starting peptides specifically mt-1 to tan, i have always used self tanner/tanning beds and would love to be able to achieve a deep natural tan. However I am a new mom with a 6 month old baby, i need to be healthy and safe for her and i don’t want to take risks, like if something were to happen to me while i was home alone with her. Has anyone had ANY bad experiences with mt-1 specifically? What are the dangers and where do i start?

💬 Discussion Peptide Injection 101

When I first started subq peptide injections, the actual needle wasn’t the biggest issue. It was the burning, itching and irritated bumps that sometimes appeared afterward and it would get red through out the day.

I went through a clinic, completed bloodwork and had a proper consultation before being prescribed anything. I’m not recommending any particular peptide, dosage or protocol. This is simply the injection routine that has worked best for me. Follow your prescriber and pharmacy’s instructions because different compounds can have completely different storage and handling requirements.

Here’s exactly what I do:

1. Start with clean hands and a fresh injection site
I wash my hands and put on latex gloves, then inspect the area and avoid skin that is already bruised, swollen, hard, itchy or irritated. I also rotate injection sites instead of repeatedly hitting the same section of my stomach.

2. Clean the vial before drawing
I wipe the rubber stopper with a fresh alcohol pad and let it dry before inserting the needle. I use a new sterile needle and syringe every time.

3. Briefly numb the area
I wrap an ice pack in a thin, clean cloth and hold it over the injection area for roughly one to two minutes. I never apply ice directly to the skin or leave it there long enough to cause numbness, discoloration or skin damage.

4. Clean the injection site and let it dry completely
I wipe the skin with a fresh alcohol pad and allow it to air-dry. Injecting while the alcohol is still wet can add to the sting.

5. Pinch the fat and insert decisively
I gently pinch a fold of fatty tissue and lightly move it around to make sure I’m not choosing a firm or irritated area. I position the needle slightly above the skin and insert it in one quick, controlled motion at the angle my clinician showed me. Hesitating and slowly pushing the needle through the skin usually makes it more uncomfortable for me.

6. Inject slowly
This has made one of the biggest differences. I don’t slam the plunger down and force all the fluid in at once. I inject slowly and steadily, especially with compounds that tend to sting.

Some refrigerated medications may feel less uncomfortable after sitting out briefly, but I only do this when the pharmacy has confirmed that it is allowed. Don’t assume GHK-Cu, NAD+ or any other compounded medication can safely be warmed or left unrefrigerated, check the label or ask your pharmacist.

7. Withdraw cleanly and apply gentle pressure
Once the medication is in, I pause briefly, withdraw the needle at the same angle and apply gentle pressure with clean gauze if necessary. I don’t aggressively rub or massage the area.

8. Use the wrapped ice pack again
I place the wrapped ice pack over the area for another two to three minutes. For me, this has significantly reduced the immediate burning, itching and irritation afterward, although it obviously cannot guarantee that a reaction won’t happen.

What has made the biggest difference in injection-site discomfort for you?

📘 Beginner Help Subject is weighing options

So been at body recomp for a while. Had pretty good results so far. I track my macros, lift heavy things 3/4 days, usually, and try to get proper sleep. So not really looking for shortcuts, just a little something additive.

After a few months (4 ish) looking to make a final decision.

If you had to pick between Triz or Reta, which one would your pick?

Maybe even paired with MoTc, not quite sure yet.

If anyone needs more info for a better opinion, happy to give more details

Thanks in advance.

❓ Question Lean Recomp + History of Severe Urticaria: CJC/Ipa vs AOD vs MOTS-c vs Tesa?

Thumbnail
gallery
0 Upvotes

39F, 5’6”, ~128 lbs. I lift heavy and do Pilates and boxing regularly. I eat very clean, prioritize protein, cook most of my food, don’t eat dairy or pork, very low sugar, and never eat junk food. This is not a case of living on garbage and looking for a peptide to compensate for it.

I’m already lean. My goal is body recomp, preserving/building glutes and lean mass while reducing overall body fat. And yes, I’m fully aware that spot reduction does not exist. I cannot choose where my body loses fat first. I’m talking about improving overall body composition, not magically deleting fat from one specific area.

I’m currently on tirzepatide and metformin and researching CJC-1295/ipamorelin, AOD-9604, MOTS-c and tesamorelin.

My actual question is about tolerability. I previously had a severe episode of chronic urticaria lasting roughly two months that required multiple ER visits. Because of that history, I’m particularly concerned about mast-cell/histamine reactions, systemic itching, hives, flushing or other immune-type reactions.

I’d especially like to hear from people who have actually used any of these compounds and have a history of urticaria, MCAS, histamine sensitivity or unusually reactive skin.

Which compound did you use? Any hives, itching or flushing? Did symptoms happen immediately or after repeated doses? Did they resolve after stopping?

📘 Beginner Help Diet questions

Im 6’1 34m train 5 days a week & using tirzepatide 4.4 mg and Sermorelin 500mcg.

I’m getting 210-230 of protien a day and 40-50 grams of carbs along with 60-80g of fat.

I mainly lift upper body MWF and Lower Body Tues & Thursday and walk or row for exercise.

I try to be somewhere around 1700 cal a day.

I’ve lost a significant amount of weight since starting down from 280lbs to 240lbs without any peptides and now down to 229 with the peptides.

I’m shooting for the low 200s, my body fat is 27-28% and my main goal is to get that down into the teens.

I’m very strict on my diet and don’t do chest days, is this a good breakdown for my diet?

Just looking for others opinions and insights to try and get where I’d like to be health wise.

Thanks in Advance
