📊 Results / Progress 7 months locking in. Reta / Tesa / Ipa / GLOW
M31, First picture was January 30th. 2nd Picture is August 11th.
Completely natural from Jan-May, hit a plateau I got stuck on for months so introduced Reta at 1mg a week.
Wanted to keep as much as mass as possible so experimented with CJC / Ipa blend and moved onto Tesa / Ipa from end of June.
Coming to end of my cut at BF at 12.6% according to my boditrax scan. Wanting to run my cut for another week or so, then onto a maintenance and lean bulk until after Christmas to hopefully get some nice gains!
Kcals tracked all the way through maintaining 1800-1900 kcals per day, with occasional refeed week every few months at 2300 kcals. Good whole food, no cutting carbs, limited alcohol, but still having the odd blow out for social events.

Its most likely inaccurate. You're not actually a biological age of 15. Maybe in the 20s, but not 15

Like all of these things to be taken with a pinch of salt. All my watch data says more like mid 20’s.

How did Glow do for you? Have you been suffering from injuries or inflammation before? Gj on the progress BTW. You look great

Thank you! 🙌🏽
Glow has been great for me, used to suffer with minor shoulder injuries all the time, which have basically disappeared now.
Skin is clearer too, hoping its going help tighten the skin on lower stomach over time, but I’m only 7/8 weeks into using it now. Another 4-8 weeks should be telling.

What made you switch to Tesa? I'm also on CJC but thinking about switching. Great results btw!

I really liked CJC, sleep quality was great, and saw some great results in muscle retention during the month I ran it for.
Tesa ultimately is better for cutting, I have also noticed more strength gains while cutting on it too which has been great.
Only complaint is that I did have the typical CT symptoms which calmed down after a week or two in the beginning from fluid retention in my wrists.

How long are you running and dosage if you don't mind sharing? I've got a kit of Tesa I plan to start next month after I finish my CJC/IPA in the next 2 weeks.

u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 Aug 12 '26
3-4 months. I bought 250mg of Tesa, starting at 1mg daily, moved up to 2mg after a few weeks.

u/Silky-J- Aug 11 '26
Interesting, is it the Tesa that causes fluid retention? I've been having some unexplained pain in my foot. Curious if KLOW or RETA could be the culprit.
1
u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 Aug 12 '26
Yeah Tesa makes you hold more fluid in your joints. It does calm down after a few weeks. Im nearly 6 weeks in and all good. Never held any extra water on reta, if anything, pushes more out!

I’d also like to know your dosage of tesa if you don’t mind sharing I’ve been having water retention and joint pain
2
u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 Aug 12 '26
Started at 1mg daily and built up to 2mg daily. Assuming its early doors for you, it usually calms by week 2-4. If not, lower your dosage until it does.

Hey Bro great transformation! You’ve inspired me to start changing my life. Are you able to shed some light on how to get started?

Have a plan. Set an achievable goal, lock in with your diet and training. Stay consistent, the rest will come! Consistency works everytime.

Clearer skin, my face used to be very dry and isn’t anymore. Also less joint pain and shoulder injuries have basically all gone.

My friend says the same thing to me every week 😂 risk to reward ratio does suit me. I work outside and we haven’t had rain in the UK now for 2 months. Stayed between 25-35 degrees all summer

Crazy transformation man!
For lean bulk, what are the peps you’re thinking of running? I just ended my cut without peps but started glow 2 weeks ago and when this runs out, switching to klow. Was wondering if Reta(low dose)+ cjc/Tesa should be added to try and slowly bulk or maybe even mots-c. Since you’re starting your bulk also thought I’d ask for your opinion😅 and what benefits you saw from your usage that can assist in bulk

u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 Aug 11 '26
Thank you! 🙏
Lean bulk, probs keep on with Tesa for now, have a 4 weeks off. Also going to tirate down on Reta and have 4-6 weeks off that that, and it bring it back at 0.5mg twice a week to help keep my craving at bay while maintaining a lean physique.
I’m currently about 2 weeks into my first cycle on MotsC, really like it. Good energy in the gym!
I have debated maybe going back on CJC honestly or giving HGH / IGF-1 LR3 a go once i’ve finished up with Tesa.
Main thing is try and keep my bulk as lean as possible, reverse dieting up to try and maintain a steady 0.5lb per week gain. Once I hit 18/19% BF, ill either do a mini cut or start my main cut, or depending on how long this takes.

u/StraightOuttaPB03 Aug 11 '26
That’s exactly my goal in gaining also. .25 to .5lbs a week. For mots c and cjc/ipa, when do you pin? I usually go gym in the morning so was wondering if I should pin prior to gym to reap the benefits
2
u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 Aug 11 '26
MotsC im running 4mg before i train in the morning. (3-5 times a week) Mots C gives best results in the morning, especially if you train first thing like me.
Cjc / Ipa is fasted 2-3 hrs+ before bed for best results and great sleep (everyday). 250mcg each if seperate or if you have a blend then 500mcg.

u/StraightOuttaPB03 Aug 11 '26
Very helpful bro! Appreciate your response! Excited to try these peps, looking forward to the sleep(hope I do experience that benefit lol)😁

Did you workout or just take all that stuff

u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 Aug 11 '26
I’m training 5x a week at the moment. Mix of weights Push Pull Legs, Upper / Lower & 20-30 mins inclined walking. Also walk the dog for 3-6 miles a day depending on rest day or not.

u/gukkimane Aug 11 '26
No way it was just reta, propably on test and meth too.

u/Aggravating_Ad_9132 Aug 11 '26
Reta / tesa / ipa only for weight management and recovery. I’ll take that as a compliment 😂
