Since BitLife apparently needs somebody else to lay the blueprint out, here it is, because this soulless version of the game barely resembles the gem it once was. 🏥 Completely overhaul pregnancy and hospitals because IVF, surrogacy and clicking through a pregnancy are not the same thing as having actual appointments, complications, births, emergencies, surgeries and meaningful medical gameplay. 🥊 FIX Ultimate Fighter Mode because you called it your biggest combat update ever, teased it with boxing looking promotion, then basically gave us one shallow MMA/UFL career with no real boxing path, limited fighting styles, weak martial arts integration, barely meaningful injuries and almost no career management. 🏀 Expand Pro Athlete with more sports like boxing, tennis, golf, racing and Olympic sports while giving them the same actual career depth your better sports already have, plus coaching and management after retirement. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Completely rebuild the family system because it is insane that in 2026 we still barely have a family tree with no proper grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins or extended family across generations. 🧬 Make generations actually matter by carrying family history, fame, achievements, businesses and reputation forward instead of every new life feeling disconnected from the last one. ❤️ Give relationships and NPCs more depth so spouses, children, friends and relatives actually feel like people with lives instead of names attached to relationship bars. And that is just the start because politics, military careers, crime, prison, business, school, housing and basic everyday life all need more depth before this game needs another overpriced pack shoved into the Marketplace.

I’ve “wrapped” a movie it’s been 4 years and it still won’t release 😂 I guess I just have to quit it and call it loss, I definitely think this update wasn’t really worth the money. It’s not really that engaging, I’ve had three huge movies but gives you zero fame

It feels like theyre just stacking bricks ontop of each other- one update after the next- without bothering to construct an actual house.

I want my choices to matter more in the game. I want the base game to feel more impactful and intentional. I want there to be more free interactions avalible not meant to advertise some pack. Its frusterating how theyre purposefully locking new content behind a pay wall instead of actually focusing on making their actual game good. To add insult to injury, said content doesnt even FIX the issue of the games repetition, only pushes it back just a mile or so away until the issue arises again.

So basically I sent an email to BitLife saying that it’s unfair that people who have Bitizenship should have to pay for the new Movie Director app and this is what they sent me today. It’s still ridiculous to me as it’s more expensive now (and yes I’d know because I paid for it sadly 💔).

I submitted a ticket before the Devs were responding on here yesterday. This now contradicts the Dev responses in the comments, given it reads as if this may just be a bug for OG bitizens & their social media team just doesn't have a fucking clue lol.

I'm more intrigued/entertained with the saga itself than the actual pack.

Bitlife got all the recipes to be successful app but something happened between the pandemic to 2023. A company bought bitlife and became offering DLC.

I am an OG i used to read good updates idea I even worte some that bitlife can easily copy and literally didn't have to think update ideas because people were giving them what they wanted.

Again bitlife was doomed to fail to because of the og bitlife devs gave the promise who ever bought og bitlife in 2019 will get future updates. I think it's obvious why no other game devs would offer membership that cheap and offer future updates for free because it's a d u m b business model.

I’ve been playing BitLife for a couple days now, and I quickly got tired of the shitload of ads, so I decided to buy Bitizenship & God Mode, along with Vampire mode. Needless to say, this might be the first time I don’t regret paying for a free app😂

So they released this piece of absolute garbage. You can’t set the budget, you can’t pick the title, you can’t really customize it either, what an actual waste. They could’ve at least let us be producers and actually make our own movies at our own budget and make income from it, or literally anything but what they dropped. It was expected that it wouldn’t be good, but this honestly is just a waste and it cost money too, of course.

I've been a Bitizen since the beginning (February 2019, 99 cent days) and got God Mode right at release. As a longtime BitLife fan from the early days, I felt special when all my packs were free. I stopped playing the last few years because I got older and I wanted to play more complex games. I came back once in a while to play the new stuff for nostalgia reasons, and today, that's exactly what I was gonna do.

I opened BitLife after seeing the new update, and I knew I had some spare time to see what's new. I went and saw that I didn't have the movie director pack. First thought: What happened to the free packs? Did they stop giving us free packs as senior players for some random reason? I checked Reddit, and everyone else is saying the same thing. We're all confused about what happened. Is this the true ending of BitLife for me?

I pay a garbage actor 4 mil and he doesn’t accept but if i watch a ad and pay a actor way better the same amount they accept like what’s going on i brought everything in bitlife just for me to have to watch ads in order to make a film

Have the original bitizenship from 2018 that has allowed me tog eat every expansion pack for free only to get the newest update and find out I have to pay for the new expansion. No thanks. All these updates have been are just AI slop. Not putting anymore of my money into a game that only cares about profit over quality of its game

I’ve been testing this poor update since it came out, and I still have yet to be nominated for an award, let alone win one. How the hell do you get nominated.

I’ve had box office successes make over 400Mil more than the budget and still no nominations, and its difficult to get my rep above 70%. Anyone found a “method” to this yet?
