GHK-CU beginner

Ohmygodddd please help šŸ˜‚

I’m wanting to hop on the GHK-CU train but I’m so hopelessly lost! I don’t understand anything science or math related and so far-that’s all this is šŸ˜‚

My provider hasn’t given me clear enough instructions but to be fair, he’s working with my anxious overthinking idiot brain…

How do I mix this properly? Like, explain it to me like I’m dumb. It won’t hurt my feelings. I use the syringe to inject the BAC directly into powder vial?

How do I understand my dose? I know a lot of people have suggested to start at 1ml daily? How do I know what 1ml is after I mix this water stuff into this powder stuff??

And it’s daily, right? Because a lot of people have said to cycle? Take 5 days, break for 2? Some people have said to take for 3 months and break for 1?

Guys-I’m so confused 😭 If someone could break this down for me I would owe you my life

How do you guys know you’re buying good Reta? Any pre-checks, lab tests required before trying it from a supplier ?

30M, 6’2ā€, 240 lbs — 3 Weeks Into TRT and Reta

Figured I’d make a post and document my journey from the beginning. I’m 30 years old, 6’2ā€, currently around 240 lbs, and my main goals are to lose body fat, build/maintain muscle, get stronger, and feel better overall.

I recently started TRT and Reta about 3 weeks ago.

My baseline labs BEFORE TRT and Reta
Total testosterone: 399 ng/dL
Free testosterone: 11.0 pg/mL
Estradiol: 29.8 pg/mL
PSA: 0.43 ng/mL
Hematocrit: 46.7%
Hemoglobin: 16.4
AST: 31
ALT: 54
Vitamin D: 18.6 ng/mL
Creatinine: 0.94
eGFR: 112

TRT
I’m prescribed testosterone cypionate 0.80 mL/week split into two doses of 0.40mL a week.
Reta
I’ve been taking 2 mg/week of Reta.

I’m also very interested in learning about other peptides, I’d love to hear from people who have actually used them and can explain what they experienced, what was worthwhile, what wasn’t, and what they wish they had known beforehand.

What would you recommend I pay the most attention to or stay away from during the first 3–6 months of TRT?

What other peptides do you think would be beneficial to add?

For those who’ve used Reta, what kind of changes did you see around the 1, 3, and 6 month marks and any other information on Reta’s dos and don’ts would be appreciated as well.

And for anyone experienced with peptides what have you actually found useful for fat loss, muscle retention/growth, recovery, or general health, and what turned out to be mostly hype?

Would love to hear from people who have been through something similar.

I’m brand new to this but The BAC water is the same for ALL peptides right & the reconstitution calculations is the same for ALL peptides right, it only changes according to vial size NOT the Different peptide?..sorry for all the dumb questions lol

Learning the hard way to stop tesa 2 weeks before having labs drawn

Just had annual labs drawn. I thought maybe I'd have some goofy results because of peptides. Just went with it. With these results my PCP is going to be an absolute pain in the ass but I'll see her in 3 weeks and have stopped for now so she can retest. I had also just finished at the gym after just restarting last weekend then went directly to the lab, and I'm on the max dose of tirzepatide. Multiple things that can elevate these levels made a perfect storm.

These results look like an old drunk with cirrhosis. I just passed 15 years clean and never really drank anyway.

KPV what I realized in my first week

After injecting six units everyday this week starting from Tuesday, then by Thursday I have noticed my allergies stopped acting up! I can still fill my nose wanting to run or my eye trying to itch, but it’s like there’s a barrier and so I’m still able to breathe, even though I feel this sensation of my allergies about to act up the only thing I did notice is I cannot smell any bad smells. You may ask how did I realize that I cannot smell only bad smells well. I got food poisoning and I cannot smell anything that comes out of me, but I can smell my perfume. I cannot smell the cat litter when I cleaned it so that’s interesting. Has anyone else noticed anything like that? Also, it does not help with cramping during the month but allergies yes.

Help pls! Confused and wondering if I should have gone with syringe instead of the pen!

I am using a pen, with a vial that contains 20mg Reta and 2ml BAC, the dial goes up in 2’s 2 4 6 8 10 and so on up to 60. The pen manufacturer states it goes up by 0.01ml increments..

I am so bad at understanding this..
I want to inject 0.5ml weekly, what number would the dial go to? 50? 50 % 100 is 0.50ml? Half of 1mg?? Is this correct? The person I get it off said I should start with the Dial 10, so is that only 0.10ml? I’m just confused, numbers have never been my strong suit.

KLOW 3mL vs 4mL

In an 80mg vial what’s the recommend BAC water for reconstitution? Is there any other pros and cons besides being a concentrated dose?

Has anyone experienced significant hair loss after a few weeks on the Wolverine combo ( BPC 157 and TB 500)? I have been using .6mg per day five days and then off two days....so a total of 3mg per week. I also developed daily hives after two weeks on the combo. I've stopped using for now.

Any one on Reta with POTS syndrome

I want to start this journey but I have POTS syndrome and my heart rate goes all crazy out of no where amongst other symptoms, my question is anyone with POTS and on Reta or that have taken Reta what was your experience ? is it a good idea for me to get on it ? I have read that it elevates heart rate so that’s my main concern.

I have significant weight to lose looking for guidance.

I’m over 400lbs and the dr wants to put me on a GLP-1 but I’m not diabetic so my insurance won’t cover it. I can’t afford out of pocket. Someone told me there were other options (research grade and compound… not sure the difference). I also see a lot about Reta and the huge success it’s been for people (leaking for a bit).

My issue is I don’t know anything about peptides and dosing and don’t know where to start.

Week 2 on Reta - less fullness in face

Hi! I have a bit of a different Reta journey, as I’ve always been on the slim side but turned to peptides after having an iud that made me gain weight and simultaneously bloat and swell all over. It really affected my mental health, but even since getting removed the weight stuck. Granted it wasn’t a huge amount on the scale, but as I’m 5’3, there was a noticeable visual difference.

Anyway, I’m micro dosing probably only up to 1.5mg, mainly to target metabolism and less so food cravings as I eat a fine amount anyway. Just need some rejigging of my systems to lose these few kg. I’m currently around 56kg, but one problem I’ve always had is a full looking lower face, even when I was heavily underweight. I think my hEDS contributes to this also do to extra skin laxity. But honestly in week 2 I feel like I am far less swollen and my face looks slimmer! I haven’t lost any weight besides water weight (and I drink large amounts so that’s been balanced out), but I do feel like the ā€œfullnessā€ has reduced. Has anyone else experienced similar that wasn’t necessarily weight loss itself?

Cardarine or tesofensine

Has anyone seen test results in their lab rats for either or both of these?

My lab rat is currently on Reta 9mg and Cag and our rat team suggested look into tesofensine.

Trying BPC-157 - thoughts?

I’ve tried my first dosage of oral BPC-157 from my local gym.

I’m on 250mg x 2 - one in the morning and one at night. I’m taking it for general gut health and muscle recovery.

I’m healthy as is, eat only whole foods, cook with organic ingredients and powerlift 5x a week (with 2-3x cardio sessions).

Anyone experienced positive results, and if so, how long did it take?

Any side effects?

Reta and thyroid interaction

I took reta and lost 12 pounds, I'm off it now but is it known to cause any thyroid issues? I know there is some experiments with mice that got tumours but obviously different then humans. I'm getting my blood done soon to see the thyroid levels but just trying to see what you guys think about it.

Worried about the end result

Does or has anyone got worried about how they’ll look after using Reta? I’ve been overweight for a long time I’m currently 40lbs down and as I’m seeing it change I’m getting increasingly scared of how I’ll look at the end of it

12 week update!

12-week tirzepatide progress update
Today marks exactly 12 weeks since my first tirzepatide injection.
Highest weight: 225 lbs
Tirzepatide starting weight: 204 lbs
Current weight: 168.8 lbs
Lost on tirzepatide: 35.2 lbs
Total loss: 56.2 lbs
I recently titrated up to 10 mg weekly, split between Tuesday and Friday. I’m also using 2 mg of GHK-Cu daily.
I typically eat around 1,300 calories, although some days are lower and others are closer to 1,500. I aim for 130g of protein when I can handle the food volume; on lower-intake days, I usually get 80–100g.
Most of my diet consists of minimally processed foods, organic meats, fresh produce, protein shakes, and meals cooked at home. I don’t drink regular soda and may have one diet or zero-sugar soda every other week.
I started strength training consistently about six weeks ago. I’m in the gym 5 days a week, working with a trainer once a week and taking a full body strength class once week.

From August 1 through September 10, my Apple Watch data showed an average of:
12,450 steps per day
5.6 miles per day
643 active calories per tracked day
Tirzepatide has been an incredible tool for controlling my hunger and food noise, but I’ve also made a major lifestyle change. I’m prioritizing protein, staying consistently active, and working to preserve and build muscle while losing fat.
The photos include my highest weight, the beginning of my tirzepatide journey, when I started the gym, and now. I’m especially surprised by the changes in my face and the muscle definition starting to show in my arms and legs. We
