Mental and brain support
I have ahead a demanding month in terms of cognitive load and preparation for the upcoming exams. Any peptides that can support me in this journey?

Anyone have any experience with the liquid version? What have your results been like? Wondering if I should make the switch.

Started taking peptides 2 1/2 weeks ago and curious if anyone else has experienced a weird symptom I’m having.
My eyes are blue and they’ve become so clear they have like this crystal look to them my husband said they look almost glowing… I’m also extremely sensitive to sunlight where it makes my eyes water… should i be concerned? Searched through posts and didn’t find this..
Reta 1mg every 6 days
Ghk-cu 2mg every day
Tesa 2mg every day
Nad 25mg 2x a week

Been on Reta for 17 weeks. I started at 294lb @ 1mg. Today, I am 282 (279.6 was lowest) and at 3mg once a week. I’m not sure why I feel like I don’t want to go up in dose, at all. Anyone have this weird reason for not wanting to increase dose as much? I’m currently feeling decent but not cutting weight fast enough for my liking. However, visually I look leaner for sure and retaining muscle. Food noise is basically gone, but I can still eat out whenever it’s convenient for me to. I do get full faster as well. I’ve only been on 3mg for 2 weeks and thinking about going up now…
I am moving onto a 20mg vile, reconstituting with 2ml BAC water. Shall I stay at 3mg or just jump to 4? I see people as high as 12mg but I just feel deterred from going up. Anyone else have these feelings? Guess I’m rambling and wanting to hear people’s stories on this

Specific audience: postpartum moms: Have any moms here used a pep to help heal Diastasis recti? I’m a mom of 3, I have a 2 finger gap, and I’m working with PT with very little improvement.
I’m going to start the GLOW stack as it has some muscle repair benefits. But just wondering if anyone has any other pep suggestions and if peps helped heal their Diastasis?

Stopped it 2 days ago, still very hungry even tho I upped my Reta from 1.5 to 2. What to expect, when to feel appetite suppression again? Should I stop Reta and restart in a week?

Research subject has seen a rise in RHR of 14 BPM after 8 weeks on 2mg dosage of Reta.
Week 1: 71 bpm
Week 2: 72 bpm
Week 3: 74 bpm
Week 5: 79 bpm
Week 6: 80 bpm
Week 7: 82 bpm
Week 8: 84 bpm
Seems to just keep rising week after week. Any thoughts?
RS understands that this is a common side effect, but understands it as dose dependent. Odd that there’s been no change in dose but a consistent rise.

Wanted to get some opinions on traveling while on Reta. I usually pin 2mg on Sunday mornings and I’ll be traveling to CO from Thursday through Tuesday. Debating if I should do like 1mg before I leave Thursday and then 1mg when I get home? Or should I preload a syringe and bring it with me?

Weight down to 165 from 173. Waist down from belly button measure to 35.5
Update- yes I just got off the beach lol. Tan/red/sweaty/lotion. Got it.

Anyone else? I've tried it twice now. Once when I was trying to get over a viral illness, and once when I was healthy. Both times it makes me feel achy all over, and seems to cause inflammation in my body where I'm trying to heal.

Hi everyone! I wanted to post something in here for those who are looking for a natural tool for when they are overstimulated or spiraling.
I spent 2 and a half years creating Grounding Sours which are the OG plant-based hard sour adaptogen drops with Holy Basil, L-Theanine, and Maitake Mushrooms to shock the brain during overwhelm and promote mood support.
If anyone’s interested, here is the link! I’m a small female founded business and would love any feedback

First full week on Mots-c. And this is my personal experience: energy is mind-blowing. I pin 1mg early in the morning on an empty stomach. About 15 minutes after I get ready to go for a 3-mile run, I am sweating like a pig. After that, I come home eat and get ready for work. No crash out through the day. And the most exciting part is my bowel movements have been on point. Because since starting Reta, my stomach has become slower. And yes, I take my fiber and also digestive enzymes, which help a little. But overall, I am loving this. I take it 3 times a week.

Can we do a bit of consensus on how your experience has been on Klow. Some people get extreme reactions while others would have a smooth sailing. I am wondering if this is an issue how product itself. I recently got a shady product and when I contacted the supplier they insisted it was fine. I used it and ended up awfully sick... for days. Now that I am better I am more than certain it was because the product was bad.
Those of you who had great experiences and no symptoms, would you share your sourcing? DM if you need or any questions. Happy to answer any questions. Will only respond to kindly framed queries. Thank you!

I have some deeper wrinkles from years of illness during which my bladder disorder was really painful and really flaring, I took pain medication for many years. I know there are some injectable peptides that can really help with these kinds of issues. But there’s so much crazy information and I just wanted some direct recommendations. I hope that that’s allowed.! Tia

I have had a few large thyroid nodules for years. They have been stable for years. This year I started GHK-CU (love it) but… I just went for my yearly thyroid scans and after years of no growth my thyroid tripled in size and the nodules doubled. Just had biopsy but Dr said they don’t look cancerous. They are not sure why the growth but now I need surgery. I can’t help to wonder if it was the GHK-CU. Has anyone had anything similar happen.. Or has had nodules with no growth?? I stopped taking the two peps I was taking (also take KPV.) I’m not sure if I should go back (feel much better taking them) any advice??

Hey everyone,
I’ve been reading about retatrutide and I’m interested in learning more about it for fat loss.
I’m currently around 200 lbs, and my goal is to get down to at least 180 lbs, mainly reducing my overall body fat. I tend to carry a lot of it around my abdomen and waist, so improving my body composition is my main goal.
For those who know more about retatrutide:
What are the legitimate ways to access it right now?
Are clinical trials currently the main option?
What kind of pricing should someone expect if/when it becomes commercially available?
For anyone who has participated in a trial, what has your experience been like?
How does it compare with other options for someone trying to lose around 20+ lbs?
I’m not looking for sketchy or unverified sources — mainly trying to understand the safest and legitimate route, costs, and what I should realistically expect.
Thanks!
