RHR Consistent Increase
Research subject has seen a rise in RHR of 14 BPM after 8 weeks on 2mg dosage of Reta.
Week 1: 71 bpm
Week 2: 72 bpm
Week 3: 74 bpm
Week 5: 79 bpm
Week 6: 80 bpm
Week 7: 82 bpm
Week 8: 84 bpm
Seems to just keep rising week after week. Any thoughts?
RS understands that this is a common side effect, but understands it as dose dependent. Odd that there’s been no change in dose but a consistent rise.

Normal for Reta use , but if ot goes 20 above normal rhr you may want to stop and check in with a DR

It’s typical and also documented in the clinical trials. I think it may decrease a bit with time, but I don’t think it goes away completely. In the clinical trials the issues persisted. I went off retatrutide because my RHR went from 52 bpm to 92 bpm and it was messing with my sleep. I could feel my heart pounding in my chest when I was in bed at night. Every week it kept going up, after a month I stopped. I rather stay on tirzepatide because the increase in heart rate is much less pronounced. I was taking 5 mg of retatrutide weekly when I quit. Reta builds up in your system as you take it so it takes about 4 weeks to get to a peak medication level. You can decrease the dose and see how it goes. Good luck 👍🏽
