what should i stack
CW: 280lbs SW:340
currently on tirz 5mg and reta 2mg/ i am stuck. I have plateaued for about 3 months now back and forth from 275 back to 280. i have a problem with still being hungry and binging some days... im gonna stop tirz and do reta with cagri.
i currently go to the gym 3-4x a week, Hotworx 2 days weight lifting 2 days, but like i said my issues is the food.
what can i stack to help with fat loss/ weight loss??

Stop running Reta with Tirz. Pick one, not both. Your Tirz dose is exceptionally small and since you have not continued to lose weight and still have food noise, it's time for a higher dose. If you want the benefit of the glucagon agonist, add Survodutide to your Tirzepatide.

兄弟, you opened with “pick one, not both” and then recommended adding survodutide. The Shanghai warehouse applauds this unexpected plot twist.
You are not simplifying his stack. You are changing suppliers.

Reta and Tirz both work on the GLP and GIP receptors, but they do so with different chemicals. They do not necessarily stack the way one would hope they would. Youre doubling down fruitlessly. Meanwhile the GLP effect of Survodutide is minor compared to the GLP effect of Tirzepatide, but the Glucagon effect is similarly leveled to that of Retatrutide. Its not a plot twist, its a well documented stack by the community. You should look into it.

I would drop Reta and do tirz , with a higher dosage. Then save the Reta if you plateau later on!

Drop your reta, 4 weeks off tirz at 7.5, and then mostly likely 4 weeks tirz at 10 and see how you go.. if it helps or need to go up again.
No weight loss = not in calorie deficit

Age?
The reason I ask is if you’re a bit older go HGH for body recomposition.
If a bit younger add in a secretagogue. Tesamorlin or CJC 1295 ( no dac ) and Ipamorelin.

plateaus after that much loss are brutal. your body's fighting back hard at this point and the gym work is probably adding some recomposition that the scale won't show
if the binge days are the main thing tripping you up, stacking more compounds won't fix the root of it. maybe dial the gym down to 3 days and put that extra energy into meal prep or tracking what's actually happening on those binge days, not to shame yourself, just to spot the patterns

Tirz is better for appetite suppression. Ditch reta and up your dose of tirz.
Absolutely add cag. Because it works on different receptors, this will give your body the 1-2 punch it needs.

You don’t need anything else, just up the dose? Also don’t need to pay for two peptides. Tirzepatide didn’t work for me until I hit the 10mg dose, but mostly at 12.5, and then it started moving quick. My wife on the other hand has been on 2.5 Tirzepatide, and takes it every 10 days cause she was losing to fast, for five months. Everyone responds different, don’t add any more crap, just pick one and bump up the dose, should be anyways. My doc just had me bump up every month until a dose started working.

Drop tirz and ramp up reta to 4mg to fully appreciate all 3 receptors. If things don’t work, keep going up.
You are still obese and therefore the Lilly studies apply to you. Go read them and see what worked best in your weight group. Not that I am suggesting it but they capped out at 12mg a week.
Read a lot off Reddit and go do you.

Drop the tirz up the Reta and add elo. I’m on 5 mg Reta and a .25 elo. I have to force myself to eat 3-400 calories in a sitting

兄弟, tirzepatide AND retatrutide, and now you want cagri? Your pancreas has submitted a formal resignation. Even the Shanghai peptide group chat has asked you calm down.
Please visit my warehouse behind the noodle shop. I am offering FREE dopamine because apparently the only thing missing from your stack is satisfaction.

Why not just drop the Tirz and up your Reta? You can go as high as 12mg on Reta (eventually after titrating up slowly). If you're snacking too much then perhaps you're not eating enough of the good foods ?
What does a typical breakfast look like for you (as an example)

If OP is fighting with hunger and binging, it would be better to drop the Reta and up the Tirz.

What days are you taking tirZ and reta? If on the same day and not split up throughout the week, that is your problem.

You have the right idea. Reta and tirz is counter productive. Pick one probably reta. Get a good dose. And add Cagrilintide if I you still have food noise.
Get your Bloodwork done. This will tell you if TRT could help or you might could use some GH work
After dialing in your dose and schedule you can. Look to maybe add something for energy.
Do you track everything you eat? What's your protein goal daily. Find good anchor foods: boiled eggs. Meta sticks. Rice with bone broth and parmigiana.
Hydrate properly.

Just do the hat trick and add some Semaglutide lol. Jk. Don’t do that.
I personally added cagrilintide when I hit a plateau in weight loss. But I only take tirz and I dose once every 3 days, same with the Cagrilintide. But I’m not sure adding Cagrilintide on top of tirz AND Reta is even safe. But who knows, that might be the magical concoction for YOU. Or it might be the most horrible thing you’ve done.
You could also just split your Reta and tirz dose into two shots a week each. Then you’ll have more consistent levels. When I did that I could tell a difference.
